    摘要: The cement admixture of the present invention can improve the workability by displaying sufficient viscosity decreasing ability and initial dispersing ability even under a low temperature environment as well as high dispersing ability and dispersion retaining ability even in a high water reducing ratio range. The above-mentioned cement admixture comprises four components of a copolymer (A) containing a constituent unit (I) derived from the unsaturated (poly)alkylene glycol ether monomer (a) and a constituent unit (II) derived from a maleic acid monomer (b), a specific unsaturated (poly)alkylene glycol ether monomer (a), a non-polymerizable (poly)alkylene glycol (B) having no alkenyl group, and a polymer (C) having an oxyalkylene group or a polyoxyalkylene group and a carboxyl group, which is different from the copolymer (A).

The cement dispersant comprises a water-soluble polymer (P) as a main component, and is characterized by displaying an area proportion (a value (A−B) given by subtracting an area ratio B of a lower molecular weight side portion from an area ratio A of a higher molecular weight side portion) in the range of 13 to 60%.

As a means of achieving this object, a polymer of the present invention is: a polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction using a polyaminepolyether compound, an unsaturated carboxylic monomer and polyalkylene glycols as a raw material, characterized in that an amount of a polyaminepolyether compound is 50% by weight or larger relative to a total amount of a polyaminepolyether compound and polyalkylene glycols; or a polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction using a polyaminepolyether compound and an unsaturated carboxylic monomer as a raw material, characterized in that an amount of an unsaturated carboxylic monomer is less than 15% by weight relative to a total amount of a polyaminepolyether compound and an unsaturated carboxylic monomer, or an unsaturated carboxylic monomer contains acrylic acid as an essential component, and an amount of remaining acrylic acid after the reaction is less than 3% by weight.

    摘要: The present invention provides: a copolymer for cement admixtures which displays high dispersibility with a small adding amount and excellent dispersibility particularly even in a high water reducing ratio area, a cement admixture utilizing the copolymer, and a cement composition, and further, a production process for the copolymer. The copolymer for cement admixtures comprises: constitutional unit (I) derived from unsaturated polyalkylene glycol ether monomer (a) having an alkenyl group having 5 carbon atoms and an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms with an average addition number of moles of the oxyalkylene groups to be in the range of 10 to 300; and constitutional unit (II) derived from unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer (b). The cement admixture includes the copolymer for cement admixtures as an essential component, and may further include a defoaming agent. The cement composition includes the copolymer for cement admixtures, and cement as essential components. The production process for the copolymer comprises: copolymerizing comonomers including unsaturated polyalkylene glycol ether monomer (a) and unsaturated monocarboxylic monomer (b) as essential components by use of a chain-transfer agent, and/or adjusting pH of a resultant reaction mixture to not less than 5 after the copolymerization.

The invention provides, among others, a cement additive comprising, as main component, a polycarboxylic acid polymer (X) which has; repeating units (A), (B), (C) and (D), wherein none of the proportion of occurrence S1 of repeating unit (A) the proportion of occurrence T1 of repeating unit (B) and the proportion of occurrence E1 of repeating unit (C) is not equal to zero, the average number n of moles of an oxyalkylene group as added in repeating unit (B) is not less than 110, and that the weight average molecular weight of said polycarboxylic acid polymer is not less than 10000.

To be specific, a method for the production of an esterified product of this invention relates to a method for the production of an esterified product by the esterification reaction of an alcohol represented by the following formula (1): R1O(R2O)nH  (1) wherein R1 represents a hydrocarbon group of 1 to 30 carbon atoms, R2O represents an oxyalkylene group of 2 to 18 carbon atoms, providing that the repeating units, R2O, may be the same or different and that when the R2O's are in the form of a mixture of two or more species, the repeating units, R2O, may be added either in a block form or in a random form, and n represents an average addition mol number of oxyalkylene groups and is in the range of 0 to 300, with (meth)acrylic acid, wherein said method comprises acting an antigelling agent on a distillate.

    摘要: The invention provides: a cement admixture which has excellent cement dispersibility and can afford high slump retainability; and a cement composition which has excellent cement dispersibility and high slump retainability. The cement admixture comprises a polycarboxylic acid as an effective component, wherein the polycarboxylic acid is obtained by a process including the steps of: charging "a" parts by weight of a polyalkylene glycol (A) and "b" parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid monomer (B) into a reactor in the range of {(a/n.sup.1/2)/b}.times.100.ltoreq.200, wherein n is an average molar number of the added oxyalkylene groups in the polyalkylene glycol (A) and is a number of 1 to 300; carrying out an esterification reaction of the resultant mixture in the reactor, thus obtaining a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate (C); and copolymerizing the resultant polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate (C) and the (meth)acrylic acid monomer (B), thus obtaining the polycarboxylic acid.
