Provided is a method and apparatus for determining a network central node, and a node equipment. The method includes: acquiring a weighted average value of a node in a network, where the weighted average value is used for describing appropriateness of the node in the network as a central node; and determining a node having a maximum weighted average value in the network as the central node of the network. In this way, a technical problem of poor communication stability in the related art is solved.

Disclosed herein is a registration management method, applicable to gateway proxy. The method includes: after receiving a registration request sent by a user terminal, creating a registration resource for the user terminal, and establishing an attribute of the registration resource; sending an announcement resource creation request message to a remote server, the announcement resource creation request message carrying information of the registration resource created for the user terminal; receiving an announcement resource creation response message sent by the remote server, and after acquiring information of an announcement resource created by the remote server for the user terminal from the announcement resource creation response message, updating the attribute of the registration resource according to the acquired information of the announcement resource; and sending a registration response message to the user terminal, the registration response message carrying the information of the registration resource created for the user terminal.

Provided is a method for managing a terminal peripheral, including that an M2M gateway obtains a policy definition of an event, and obtains, from the policy definition of the event, an operation priority indication corresponding to an operation in the event; and when the event is triggered by the M2M gateway and if it is determined that an operation of the same type as the operation in the event exists in a corresponding terminal peripheral, whether to deliver the operation in the event to the corresponding terminal peripheral is decided according to the operation priority indication in the policy definition of the event and a priority judgment policy. An M2M gateway is also provided. Processing priorities of operations of the same type can be determined according to priority indications of the operations by adopting the present disclosure, thereby avoiding operation conflict and system error reporting occurring on a terminal peripheral, and improving the efficiency of an M2M gateway in managing a terminal peripheral or a terminal peripheral group.

An intelligent guiding method and system based on a M2M system are provided. The method includes that when receiving a service request message from an intelligent guiding M2M terminal device, an intelligent guiding M2M platform requests guiding information or a guiding information identifier from an intelligent guiding M2M application according to the location information of the intelligent guiding M2M terminal device; and the intelligent guiding M2M platform sends, to the intelligent guiding M2M terminal device, the guiding information provided by the intelligent guiding M2M application or guiding information that is retrieved according to the guiding information identifier provided by the intelligent guiding M2M application. The M2M technology and the electronic guiding system thus can be effectively combined, and rich guiding services can be provided based on the M2M system.

A method, a device and a system for remote management of a terminal peripheral are described. The method includes that: a Machine-to-Machine/Man (M2M) gateway forwards data sent from a terminal peripheral to an M2M application or an M2M service platform; the M2M application or the M2M service platform sends a remote management operation to the terminal peripheral through the M2M gateway according to the data forwarded by the M2M gateway; and the M2M gateway processes the remote management operation according to remote management operation execution information fed back by the terminal peripheral and reports a remote management result.

Disclosed is a method for retrieving an EID of a terminal, which includes that a network side stores a corresponding relationship between an RN of the EID of the terminal and the EID of the terminal, and when the terminal responds to a trigger request from an MTC server, the network side retrieves the EID of the terminal which corresponds to the RN according to the RN of the EID of the terminal and the corresponding relationship. A system for retrieving the EID of the terminal is also disclosed. By employing the method and system, the network side can retrieve the EID of the terminal, and use a correct EID to respond to a terminal trigger request from an MTC server.

Disclosed are a message processing method with respect to a terminal having multiple External Identifiers (EIDs) and a network side device, and the method includes: a network side device transmits an SMS message carrying a triggering message to a terminal, upon a triggering request from an MTC server, wherein the SMS message contains a TPDU, in which a TP-DA parameter is written as an LID of an EID or a triggering-specific identifier configured for the terminal; the network side device receives a triggering response from the terminal; the EID corresponding to the terminal is retrieved according to the LID or triggering-specific identifier carried in the triggering response; and the triggering request from the MTC server is responded according to the retrieved EID. The disclosure makes it possible for a network side to correctly respond to a triggering request from an MTC server while the security of the terminal is ensured.
