    Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for encoding a picture, a method and apparatus for decoding a picture, an electronic device, and a system. The method for encoding a picture includes: determining a prediction value of an encoded block, and calculating a prediction residual between the encoded block and the prediction value; performing a transformation on the prediction residual at least once to obtain transform data, and determining transform coefficients using the transform data; determining a scanning mode of the transform coefficients and a size of the coefficient group of the transform coefficients, dividing the transform coefficients into at least one coefficient group, scanning transform coefficients comprised in each of the at least one coefficient group according to the scanning mode, and converting the transform coefficients into at least one syntax element; and encoding the size of the coefficient group and a value of the at least one syntax element, and writing encoded bits to a code stream.

    Abstract: Several embodiments of the present invention are described for a media data processing method, apparatus and system. An example method comprises: obtaining an optical signal of a sampling point by a collection device at the source end in an acquisition of media data; according to an opto-electronic transfer control parameter, performing opto-electronic transfer for the optical signal of the sampling point to obtain a transferred electrical signal, wherein the opto-electronic transfer control parameter is determined on the basis of an optical signal intensity of the optical signal of the sampling point; and encoding the electrical signal and opto-electronic transfer control parameter to obtain a bitstream. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the problem of the lower accuracy in the media data processing is solved, thereby obtaining the effect of improving the accuracy in the media data processing.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and device for coding an image and a method and device for decoding an image. The coding includes that: a coding block is partitioned into L micro-blocks, wherein L is a preset number of micro-block partitions in the decoding block; Displacement Vectors (DVs) between the micro-blocks and reference micro-blocks in a preset reconstructed pixel sample set are determined, wherein the DVs are vectors between pixel positions of the reference micro-blocks and pixel positions of the micro-blocks in a preset pixel coordinate system: and the DVs are coded and written into a bitstream. By the methods and the devices, the problem of low image compression and decompression efficiency during image coding and decoding in the related technology is solved, and tire effect of improving image coding and decoding efficiency is further achieved.

    Abstract: Provided are methods and devices for encoding and decoding using parameter sets, and electronic equipment. In the method for encoding, an encoder determines parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets for a slice, wherein the virtual parameter set is a data structure which is generated by loading information acquired from a bitstream into a syntax structure of an existing parameter set and/or a preset syntax structure and includes tool parameters and/or control parameters; and the encoder writes identification number (ID) (s) of the parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets into a bitstream. Using the method, encoding and decoding efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for coding and decoding depth information, and the method includes: data in original Depth Look-up Tables (DLTs) of selected views are combined to establish a unified DLT, a value of the number of elements in the unified DLT and each element in the unified DLT are coded respectively and a coded value and each coded element are transmitted to a decoder; and depth information of each view is coded by taking the unified DLT as a whole or in portions and coded depth information of each view is transmitted to the decoder. Further disclosed are a system and device for coding and decoding depth information; by means of the disclosure, it is possible to reduce redundancy of coding information and improve coding and decoding efficiency.
