    Abstract: An exemplary method of heat transfer in power electronics applications is disclosed, wherein a metal foil including at least about 50% of tin, based on a total amount of metals contained in the metal foil, is used as a thermal interface material between a base plate of a heat-generating component and a heat sink. The metal foil is disposed on a heat sink. A base plate of a heat generating component or module is disposed on the heat sink covered by the metal foil to provide a power electronics device. A clamping force is applied to the power electronics assembly to provide a cooled power electronics assembly.

    Abstract: An explosion vent mounted to seal an opening formed on a wall of a closed space comprises a cover being dimensioned to fit on said opening and having a perimeter with an edge adapted to seal the cover against the opening with a sealing element. A spring element is arranged to hold the cover in the opening and the spring element has a direction of spring action. The cover is held by opposite retaining surfaces in the opening and the cover and he retaining surfaces are acting against the spring action of element.     Abstract: An automated power conversion device obtains information on an operational status of the automated power conversion device. Based on the receiving the terminal device informs the user of the terminal device on the operational status of the automated power conversion device.
