摘要: Provided are compositions and methods of treating subjects having cancer which involve administering to the subject an anti-PD-L1 or an anti-PD-1 antibody and an inhibitor of cyclin D kinase (CDK)4/6 to treat the cancer. 摘要: A system and methods for improved homogeneous and inhomegeneous magnetic transfer imaging are provided. In some aspects, a plurality of gradient coils and an RF system of a magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”) system are controlled, using a computer, to perform, at least one pulse sequence that includes a preparation module followed by an imaging module, wherein the preparation module comprises a plurality of radio frequency (“RF”) saturation pulses applied according to a concentrated pulse cycle to manipulate exchangeable magnetization from protons in the subject, and the imaging module is configured to acquire image data. The computer is also configured to analyze the image data acquired to generate frequency information indicative of the exchangeable magnetization from protons in the subject, and generate a report, using the frequency information, pertaining to inhomogeneous or homogeneous magnetization transfer occurring in the subject.

摘要: A system and method for controlling a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system to acquire images of a subject having inconsistencies in a cardiac cycle of the subject. The process includes receiving an identification of a predetermined point in a cardiac cycle of the subject and, thereupon, performing a saturation module configured to dephase magnetization within a region of interest (ROI) from before the predetermined point. The process also includes performing an inversion module configured to invert spins within the ROI and acquiring medical imaging data from the subject. A delay is inserted between the performance of the saturation module and the performance of the inversion module, wherein a duration of the delay is configured, with the saturation module, to control evidence in the medical imaging data of inconsistencies in the cardiac cycle of the subject by controlling a magnetization history of tissue in the ROI.

摘要: A method and system for determining a patient's risk of ventricular tachycardia are disclosed. The method includes receiving ECG signals from a patient and filtering the collected ECG signals to generate filtered ECG signals. The method further includes identifying a heart vector from the filtered ECG signals, and measuring a velocity of the heart vector movement. A change in curvature of the identified heart vector movement is quantified and a risk of ventricular tachycardia is determined based at least on the measured velocity and the quantified change in curvature of the identified heart vector movement.
