Abstract: An electric all-terrain vehicle includes a set of wheels, a drive system, a battery pack, and an MCU. A projection of the MCU, a projection of the battery pack, and a projection of the electric motor all on a horizontal plane cooperatively define a Tri-core system projection area with a Tri-core longitudinal length. A ratio of the wheelbase distance to the Tri-core longitudinal length is in the range from 0.7 to 2.5. The positions of the Tri-core system are reasonably arranged and the relevant components are highly integrated, the center of gravity of the entire vehicle are reasonably allocated, thereby making the overall performance of the vehicle more superior and achieving better driving performance.

Abstract: An all-terrain vehicle includes a frame, wheels, a vehicle cover, a power supply system a saddle assembly, a brake system, a drive assembly and a suspension system. The all-terrain vehicle is sized for children to ride, with numerous disclosed modifications in accordance with its size and riders. For instance, the saddle assembly includes a locking hook accessible from the rear of the vehicle, and in the locked state holds the main power supply down into its compartment. The brake system uses a pawl for two handed setting of the parking brake. The instrument assembly allows adjustment of the display angle of the display screen. The charger cover uses a damping block to cause the cover to hover at a selected position. The all-terrain vehicle can meet the use needs and safety requirements of all-terrain vehicles for kids, and can ensure the safety of drivers.

Abstract: A centralized control system in an information interaction system has a communication module capable of transmitting audio signals such as by Bluetooth with a first and a second wearable device. When a user of the first wearable device is on a driver's seat and a user of the second wearable device is on a passenger's seat of a vehicle the centralized control system is capable of transmitting audio signals for the driver and passenger to speak to each other. The information interaction system can include a display screen and/or button for connecting, or rejecting incoming, calls through a mobile terminal. The information interaction system can also have voice command recognition functions, such as to control certain equipment of the vehicle or to make and answer queries through the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A modular cargo system for an off-road vehicle includes a triangular center case between a right side case and a left side case, each having a base attached downwardly to a platform on the vehicle while also defining a floor plane for resting on a flat floor surface. The side cases include non-parallel side walls, each defining an interior space large enough to hold a rider's helmet. Each case includes a handle on a hinged lid, enabling the side case to be carried with a single hand while the lid is closed. The hinge is on a leading side wall of the cases, latched on a trailing side wall of the cases, and clips to hold the side cases downward to the platform are on the trailing side walls.

Abstract: An outer ring of an inner joint of the constant speed transmission shaft is provided with a vehicle speed sensor rotating synchronously with the inner joint, and the drive axle is fixedly equipped with a signal collecting device opposite to the vehicle speed sensor and configured to monitor a rotation speed signal of the vehicle speed sensor. The inner joint of the constant speed transmission shaft transmits torque during the running of a vehicle, and through monitoring a rotation speed of the inner joint, the rotation data of rear wheels can be obtained. By mounting the vehicle speed sensor on the inner joint and fixing the signal collecting device on the drive axle for monitoring the rotation speed signal of the vehicle speed sensor, the signal reading is stable, which facilitates the maintenance, reduces the cost, and can satisfy the environmental requirements.

Abstract: A constant velocity ball joint uses a star shaped sleeve with a splined connection to its shaft. The sleeve is longitudinally retained on its shaft using a retaining ring in an outwardly facing groove of the shaft. The star shaped sleeve has a 30° assembly assist chamfer angle on one side, as well as a 45° transition chamfer angle and a 65° ramp chamfer angle facing the opposite direction. These angles control the diameter of the retaining ring as it is compressed inward into the groove during assembly and disassembly. The star shaped sleeve can be used in a dynamic length CV joint, with the splines of a configuration that allows longitudinal sliding of the sleeve on the shaft, so the shell of the dynamic length CV joint still can be of the spherical race type.
