    摘要: A position adjusting system for use in a vehicle includes a seat for supporting a rider, a rear wheel and a steerable front wheel, a steering arrangement including a handle bar for allowing the rider to control the steerable wheel, and a hub for interconnecting the components of the wheeled vehicle. The steerable wheel is steerable about at least two axes. The position adjusting system includes an adjustable seat support movably connected to the hub, an adjustable handle bar support movably connected to the hub, and a releasable position locking system configured to lock the position of the components of the vehicle relative to the hub. The hub includes a first portion and second portion, wherein the first and second portions are moveably connected to one another, such as by pivoting, sliding, or a combination of pivoting and sliding.

A link member is composed of an upper link rockably connected to the steering member and a lower link rockably connected to the upper link and the front fork. A swing arm includes upper and lower arms. A supporting member forms a steering axis and rockably supports front ends of the upper and lower arms. The supporting member is of a cylindrical shape, and supports the front fork on the inside in the radial direction of the supporting member such that the front fork is rotatable about the steering axis. The length of the swing arm is ensured while increasing flexibility in the layout of the swing arm.

    摘要: A front wheel suspension for a single-track vehicle, wherein a front wheel is rotatably supported on a fork-like wheel carrier and the wheel carrier is coupled to a frame and a steering bar of the vehicle connected to a handlebar, wherein the steering bar is coupled to the wheel carrier by a lever connection. The wheel carrier is coupled to at least one frame bar by an articulated connection, and the articulated connection has a substantially vertical pivot axis. The steering bar is comprised of a fork bar partially encompassing the front wheel, which fork bar is coupled to the wheel carrier via the lever connection. Thereby a front wheel suspension having improved characteristics in regard to the suspension, the direct handling of the steering, and a reduction of the load of the frame can be provided.
