Abstract: The present application provides a sample collecting device and a sample collecting apparatus. The sample collecting device includes a housing assembly with a cavity and a filtering unit disposed in the cavity, where the housing assembly is provided with a collecting hole and a suction hole, both of which are communicated with the cavity, the suction hole is communicated with the collecting hole through the filtering unit, the housing assembly is provided with a gateway on its side wall, and at least part of the filtering unit is configured to be moved to an outside of the housing assembly through the gateway. The present application can greatly improve efficiency of sample collection and effectively save the time of medical workers.

Abstract: Contaminants are removed from a liquid (12) in a storage vessel (14), by using a working liquid to varying the volume of a working cavity (44) sequentially inside a working vessel (16) and using the variations in the volume of the working cavity (44) to vary the volume of a suction cavity (20). The working cavity (44) is defined in a working vessel (18) and the suction cavity (20) is defined in a suction vessel (26) and the vessels (16, 18) are configured so that the volumes of their internal cavities (20, 44) are inter-dependent. Using non-return mechanisms (26, 36) to ensure one-way from the storage vessel (14) via the suction cavity (20) to a filter (28) and back to the storage vessel (14).

Abstract: An aftertreatment system includes a first dosing module, a second dosing module, and a reductant tank assembly. The reductant tank assembly includes a reductant tank, a header coupled to the reductant tank, and a first splitting device that splits a first flow from the header into a first inlet flow and a second inlet flow. A first inlet line and a second inlet line direct the first inlet flow and the second inlet flow to the first dosing module and the second dosing module. A first outlet line and a second outlet line direct a first outlet flow and a second outlet flow from the first dosing module and the second dosing module to a second splitting device. The second splitting device merges the first outlet flow and the second outlet flow into a second flow and provides the second flow to the header.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for reducing a processing liquid consumed for removing bubbles from a new filter unit, and shortening a start-up time when the filter unit is attached in a processing liquid supply passage. The method includes: filling the processing liquid into a new filter unit, decompressing inside of the filter unit into a first pressure atmosphere in order to remove bubbles from the filter unit, boosting a pressure of the inside of the filter unit, flowing the processing liquid into the filter unit from a primary side of the filter unit, and supplying the processing liquid flowing from the filter unit to an object to be processed through a nozzle thereby performing a liquid processing and quickly removing the bubbles.

Abstract: A system is provided for the dynamic dewatering of any of a variety of sludges, slurries, or water waters. A stream of material is treated in a series of distinct operations to release free water, draw off additional water through vacuum, and compress the resultant dewatered solids to result in a substantially dewatered material. One or more open cells are used in vacuum dewatering in continuous dynamic operation. The system may be integrated into a packaged unit that may be installed at a operation site, and maybe operated with multiple like units to increase treatment flowrates.

Abstract: The disposable polymer-structured filtering kit includes a disposable, polymer-structured filtering funnel with a stem having a distal tip. A flow discharge end is formed at the distal tip. Preferably, a polymer fritted filter disc is positioned in the funnel, providing filtering for liquids passing therethrough. The kit preferably also includes a glass vacuum take-off adapter having a port for connecting to a vacuum source for providing negative pressure. The adapter securely and snuggly receives the funnel and maintains position of the distal tip thereof with the flow discharge end below the port, thus preventing contaminants from entering the adapter. A reusable, glass round bottle flask or a disposable vial receives the adapter and the stem of the funnel. The funnel and fritted disc are formed from disposable materials, thus removing the necessity of cleaning them following use. The adapter is reusable, since no contaminants come in contact therewith during filtering.
