    摘要: During the manufacturing of heat-insulated pipes (1) with an inner duct (3) and an outer duct (2) and a foamed insulation (14) arranged in between, the inner duct is placed on a tension member (10). The latter is tensioned between tensioning means by means of a tensile force, such that it runs straight and that the inner duct is held straight. The latter is held on centering elements (16, 17) which are spaced from one another in a defined way by means of spacers (18). In this straight position the inner duct may be surrounded with foam inside of the outer duct, without needing spacers between the ducts.

    摘要: A shaping mold of a bushing base includes a bottom die and a core integrally made of a heat-resistant plastic material. A cavity in a predetermined shape is formed at the bottom die and provided for accommodating the core with an appropriate predetermined gap, such that the core and the cavity can be engaged or disengaged with one another by turning. A low-temperature shaping material such as silicone or polyurethane (PU) foam is injected into the gap between the cavity and the core for integrally forming the bushing base in a predetermined shape. The invention can lower the cost of the shaping mold of the bushing base significantly, and provide a smooth fine surface of the molded bushing base.

    摘要: In a central mechanism for a tire vulcanizer in accordance with the present invention, after a tire has been vulcanized (a bladder is expanded), a clamp rod is elevated to elevate a lower ring and separate it from a housing. After that, the clamp rod is turned so that a claw of a claw mechanism between the lower ring and the clamp rod can pass through. Then, a pin fixing a post to an upper ring is pulled out, and a bladder assembly is hung and carried out of the vulcanizer to replace the bladder and O-rings. After the bladder and other parts have been replaced, the bladder assembly is hung and mounted to the vulcanizer so that the hole for the claw mechanism of the lower ring is aligned with the upper end of the clamp rod. At this time, when the claw of the claw mechanism passes through, the lower ring is supported by the elevated clamp rod, and the lower ring and a supply/discharge opening of the housing is aligned with each other. After the mounting of the bladder assembly is completed, the pin is inserted in the upper ring and the post by reversing the above procedure to connect them to each other. The clamp rod is turned in the reverse direction to engage the claw of the claw mechanism. Then, the clamp rod is lowered to seat the lower ring on the housing, by which the preparation for vulcanizing tire is completed.

A mold is provided in at least two halves defining a mold cavity. A core made up of a plurality of interfitted parts is placed in the mold to precisely define the thin walls.     摘要: A guide block assembly and associated method are provided for retaining a plurality of fiber bore forming pins and at least one guide bore forming pin in precise relation to each other during molding of a multi-fiber ferrule used in a multi-fiber connector. The assembly comprises an array of fiber bore blocks each with a fiber bore therethrough to retain a respective one of the fiber bore forming pins. At least one guide block that defines a guide bore for retaining a guide bore forming pin is assembled with the array of fiber bore blocks. Adjoining surfaces are defined between adjacent fiber bore blocks and between the guide bore blocks and the array of fiber bore blocks. The use of bores more precisely retains the pins during the molding process, and the use of blocks with adjoining surfaces allows for the machining of such surfaces to precisely establish the relationships between successive fiber bore blocks and between the array of fiber bore blocks and the guide bore blocks.
