    摘要: A apparatus for delivering a predetermined quantity of content from a pressurized container includes a dispensing assembly which sits on the container and connects with an upper portion of a valve stem of the valve assembly, wherein the dispensing assembly includes a) an actuator cap having a discharge passage, which is open or obstructed and wherein the actuator cap acts as a metering chamber in combination with b) an adaptor which fits inside the cap and also snuggly engages the valve stem. The cap fits snuggly over the adjuster to define a metering chamber which depending on its position can close off the metered chamber or open it to the dispensing conduit\nozzle. When the cap is depressed it pushes down on the adjuster which depresses the valve. The chamber fills, but nothing is released until the upstroke.

    摘要: An aerosol valve actuator with a top portion rotatable on a bottom portion. The entire top portion in one rotatable position is depressible vertically to actuate the valve. A click post and clicking rib provide a single click in each direction of rotation. Flanges on top and bottom portions interact to stop rotation as soon as each click occurs. Plastic springs interact with spring biasing members only when the top portion is in actuating position, and assure return of the actuator top portion to full upward position for rotation after actuation of even a short-stemmed valve. Downwardly extending flexible connecting flanges connect the actuator top and bottom portions. The top portion has a lower periphery with a plurality of upwardly extending indentations to overlie lateral ribs in the lower portion in actuation position. The top and bottom portions have interfitting cylinders to stabilize the top portion and maintain verticality.

    摘要: A spray head for an aerosol tank, and an aerosol tank having a spray head is provided, which includes a fluid exit valve for spraying a low-solvent fluid. The fluid exit valve of the aerosol tank defines an axial fluid exit direction. The spray head includes a capillary tube for routing the fluid and for nozzle-less spraying of the fluid. An entry end of the capillary tube is axially joined to the fluid exit valve when the spray head has been seated on the aerosol tank. An exit end of the capillary tube is open to the ambient atmosphere. In the spray head, the capillary tube runs from the entry end to the exit end in an arc of approximately 90°.
