The front retaining element (12) is pivotally mounted relative to the binding (10, 11) and the ski on the one hand, and relative to the rear retaining element (15) on the other hand, about an axis (13) which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the binding and sole and approximately parallel to the sole tread.

The mounting plate opening is substantially larger than the dimension of the peg of the clamping plate in two shift directions (x, y) extending perpendicular to each other, so that the clamping plate and the hold-down plate coupled with it can move, together with the base plate, relative to the mounting plate in the two shift directions. There is a positive-fit connection of the mounting plate to the clamping plate and/or the hold-down plate.

A first adhesive adhers the upper to the intermediate layer. A second adhesive adheres the intermediate layer to the sole. The first and second adhesives have differing properties and advantages. For instance, the first adhesive 65 provides good adhesive properties between leather material and resin materials. The second adhesive 70 provides good adhesive properties between nylon reinforced fiberglass materials and resin based materials.

摘要： An adjustable, rotatable boot-binding mount (20) includes a swivel plate (40) having threaded mounting holes (24) therein to which a conventional boot binding (60) or boot may be mounted. The swivel plate (40) is rotatably retained within a base plate (30) which is securely fastened to the top surface of a snowboard (10) or other recreational board. During normal use, the swivel plate (40) is automatically and continuously locked against rotation within the base plate (30), thereby securely maintaining the boot binding in a desired angular position relative to the snowboard. At other times, e.g., while standing in lift lines or riding a lift, a quick release mechanism (27, 48) allows the swivel plate to be temporarily unlocked so that a different angular position of the swivel plate (and hence a different angular position of the boot binding or boot) relative to the snowboard may be quickly and easily realized.

摘要： A safety ski binding includes a cross-country plate having a front jaw and heel holder thereon and pivotal about an axis extending transversely of the ski. Two W-shaped bar parts of different lengths are pivotally supported thereon and movable to positions between the plate and ski. Each bar part includes two spaced outer legs, two spaced inner legs therebetween, two support webs connecting adjacent outer and inner legs, and an inner web connecting the two inner legs. A respective pin extends through the inner legs of each bar part and is secured in the outer legs thereof, and portions of a sleeve are provided on the pin between each outer leg and the adjacent inner leg and between the inner legs. A further pin is preferably secured in the outer legs of one bar part and engages the inner web thereof. Damper elements are preferably provided on the support webs of each bar part.
