    摘要: An aqueous composition for an enteric hard capsule, a method of preparing an enteric hard capsule, and an enteric hard capsule prepared using the method. The aqueous composition for an enteric hard capsule includes an enteric base material, a capsule forming aid, and a neutralizing agent. The method of preparing an enteric hard capsule includes: preparing an aqueous composition by dissolving an enteric base material, a capsule forming aid, and a neutralizing agent in water; preheating the aqueous composition to a temperature that is less than the gelation temperature for the aqueous composition; immersing a mold pin heated to a temperature that is greater than the gelation temperature for the aqueous composition into the aqueous composition; taking the mold pin out of the aqueous composition to obtain a film formed on the mold pin; and maintaining the film at a temperature that is equal to or greater than the gelation temperature for the aqueous composition for a predetermined period of time to fix the film on the mold pin and drying the film.

    摘要: A dip-forming composition is provided, which can give a dip-formed article that exhibits good softness of touch and comfortable fittingness, an excellent tensile strength and a high flexural fatigue resistance, and which is less likely to color even when worn and subjected to working for a long time period. The above problem is solved by the dip-forming composition which is obtained by converting an organic peroxide, which is solid at 30° C. under normal pressure, to an aqueous dispersion in the presence of a surfactant and a polymeric protective colloid, adding the dispersion to a conjugated diene rubber latex, and aging the mixture. The organic peroxide is preferably dibenzoyl peroxide or dilauroyl peroxide.

The method further includes one or more of preheating the mandrel, generating a polymer material wave from each nozzle, rotating the mandrel over the nozzles to form an initial coat on the mandrel, curing the initial coat, depositing a reinforcing material around a selected section of the mandrel and ensuring that the reinforcing material is held in place at the selected section of the mandrel. The method further includes rotating each section of the mandrel over a selected nozzle to form an additional coat, curing the additional coat, and removing the tubular structure from the mandrel.

    摘要: A method for forming a glove in an elastomer deposition process employs a folded glove form. The form has a hand forming portion having palm and finger forming portions. The finger forming portions terminate in distal tips and the cuff forming portion terminates in a terminal end for forming the cuff opening. The form is folded so that finger forming portion distal tips and the cuff forming portion terminal end lie in separate planes and in facing relationship to one another. To form the glove, the form is vertically oriented and dipped into a bath of elastomer with both the cuff forming portion terminal end and the finger portion distal tips facing upwards.

High temperature resistant fibers cut to a length of one eighth of an inch are mixed with water to create a pool of slurry. A flexible mold having an article-forming cavity affixed to a suction chamber having means for injecting slurry into the cavity and means for the flow of liquid out of the cavity when the flexible mold and the suction chamber are under vacuum to create within the mold cavity an article of compacted high temperature resistant fibers. The mold is flexed causing the molded article to be released from the cavity within the mold.
