The glove can be inserted into a receiving cavity of a housing, the receiving cavity defined by a front face and a rear face of the housing. The first and second markings on the glove can be aligned with an alignment indicator on the front face of the housing when the glove is in the receiving cavity. The glove can be marked through a first marking aperture disposed through the front face of the housing with a writing instrument.

    摘要: Articles of clothing, such as gloves having a substantially seamless inner liner and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a process for manufacturing a glove comprises stretching an outer layer inside-out over a glove form, such that an interior surface of the outer layer faces outward. A liner having a first side and a second side opposite the first side is cut from a fabric, such as fleece. An adhesive is deposited in an adhesive pattern onto the first side of the liner. The adhesive fuses to the interior surface of the outer layer in a heat/pressure procedure, thereby affixing the first side of the liner to the interior surface of the outer layer to form the glove. The glove is removed from the glove form and inverted to a right-side-out configuration, thereby compressing the outer layer and the liner.

    摘要: An ambidextrous or hand specific glove with a widened cuff area to aid in donning or doffing the glove is disclosed, together with a former for fabricating the glove and a method of fabricating the same. The glove may further include a bead on the cuff to resist tearing when the glove is put on or taken off. The glove may be fabricated on a continuous, automated chain machine or a batch or semi-batch machine. While the cuff region on the former for fabricating the glove is elliptical in cross-section and is flared, the region of the former on which the end of the glove is fabricated is circular in cross-section and thus allows the beading process to be successfully undertaken. The thumb region and finger regions of the glove may each be provided with a flexible hinge region that enables a user to more easily bend their thumb and fingers.

    摘要: A novel ultrasonic oscillation-induced sericin extraction method produces a high-molecular-weight sericin solution from silk cocoon threads at room temperature. In one embodiment, unique pH variation-resistant alkaline ionic water is produced from a novel strongly-alkaline ionic water generator device, wherein the unique pH variation-resistant alkaline ionic water is subsequently utilized as a beneficial solvent that contributes to the feasibility of the novel ultrasonic oscillation-induced sericin extraction method at room temperature. The high-molecular-weight sericin solution produced and coated in a glove provides a high coating adhesion for economical manufacturing of sericin-coated gloves, while also providing superb skin moisturizing and protection properties. Furthermore, once coated in a glove, the high molecular weight of sericin beneficially resists a rapid skin seepage of sericin to human skin layers, thereby acting as natural moisturizing factor (NMF) simulants on top of the human skin layers when the glove is worn.
