The screen printing apparatus includes: a box-like member including a top-plate portion in which first suction hole and a second section hole are formed and which is allowed to contact the board; a blower suction pipe communicating with an internal space of the box-like member and extending outside the box-like member; a blower suction source sucking air through the blower suction pipe to generate a blower suction force in the first suction hole; a vacuum suction pipe connected to the second suction hole and extending through the internal space to an outside of the box-like member; and a vacuum pressure supplying device supplying a vacuum pressure to the second suction hole through the vacuum suction pipe.

    摘要: A curved surface screen-printing apparatus adapted to screen-print a to-be-printed object having a large radius of curvature. Concentric curved-surface guides having an equal radius of curvature are respectively provided on both side portions of a jig table on which a printing board to be bent and used as the to-be-printed object is placed. A squeegee head crossing over the jig table, and a screen plate mounting frame are provided in the apparatus. A pair of steel belts are used to connect a corresponding one of the guides to the frame. The belts of each pair are made to intersect each other. An end of each of the belts is fixed to a side end portion of a corresponding one of the curved surface guides as viewed from a side thereof. The other end thereof is fixed to a corner portion of the screen plate mounting frame. A reciprocating motion of the squeegee head causes the screen plate mounting frame to perform a rocking motion along the curved surface of the jig table. Thus, an optimum gap between the screen plate and the to-be-printed object is maintained at all times in such a manner as to be uniform therebetween.

    摘要: The disclosed stencil printing apparatus includes, a pressure chamber comprising a first place member on which a sheet to be printed is placed, an airtight elastic frame which is placed on the first plate to surround the sheet, and a second plate member which is placed on the elastic frame and supports a stencil opposite to the sheet; a resilient air chamber which is layered below the first plate member of the pressure chamber and communicates with the pressure chamber; and a check valve which allows air to be exhausted from the air chamber but inhibits the air chamber from sucking air from the apparatus outside. Stencil printing can be effected by placing a stencil printing ink on a stencil, disposing a stencil and a sheet to be printed in the pressure chamber, compressing the air chamber to exhaust air to the outside and then releasing the compression of the air chamber while the air chamber is kept sealed from the outside, so that the pressure chamber is depressurized so as to allow the pair of plate members to come close to each other and simultaneously bring the stencil into close contact with the sheet to transfer the ink to the sheet through the suction created as the air chamber restores its shape. The printing apparatus can quickly and readily depressurize the pressure chamber, is small-sized, lightweight and simplified as a whole, and is improved in operatability.

The material moves with the assembly during application of paste and moves slowly relative to the assembly while the latter moves rearwardly to its starting position. The slow movement of the material serves to move its passer marks to optimum positions with reference to a detector. One or more squeegees are adjacent the screen. The screen can move relative to the squeegee(s), or the squeegee(s) can be mounted on the assembly for movement relative to the screen.

    摘要: Apparatus and method for belt transfer printing of nonflat surfaces of porous articles wherein the printing of the article by a first region of the belt is carried out substantially simultaneously with the inking of a second region of the belt. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus comprises an endless belt with a screen printing device disposed along a first run of the belt and a vacuum workpiece support box disposed along a second run of the belt with an opposed sealing frame. A workpiece is loaded in the vacuum box, a vacuum is created through the workpiece to draw a pattern carrying region into printing contact with the workpiece surface while another pattern is being inked onto a second region of the belt. The workpiece is replaced with a second workpiece and the second region of the belt is advanced into registration with the second workpiece.

    摘要: A stencil manufacturing and printing process reduces printed image distortion by matching screen deflection in the photostencil preparation phase with stencil deflection in the printing phase. The usual squeegee is replaced by atmospheric pressure and screen/stencil deflection is induced by producing a vacuum through a specially constructed air distribution frame. Compressed air can be introduced through the same frame to rapidly release the stencil from the substrate when the printing is completed. A control unit facilitates operator control of the printing process.
