Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an out plate for a refrigerator includes providing a steel plate with a protective film attached to a surface thereof; seating the steel plate on a die and forming one of the plurality of through holes by a vertical movement of a punch; and horizontally moving the steel plate to one of a plurality of set positions to form another one of the plurality of through holes in the steel plate by the vertical movement of the punch, wherein the out plate defines a front surface of a door of the refrigerator and includes a display part, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed therein, and a display assembly comprising a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) that are configured to transmit light through the plurality of through holes configured to display information.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a décor paper or foil may involve providing a paper layer or a foil. The paper layer or the foil may be provided with a first printed motif that is provided by a first printing technique. A second printed motif may be provided above the first printed motif. The second printed motif may be provided by a second printing technique. The paper layer or the foil may be provided with an ink receiver layer.
Abstract:
A device for imprinting cans comprises a plurality of ink cartridges that supply ink to a plurality of printing plates; the printing plates communicate with transfer blankets fixed to a drum, the transfer blankets move ink from the printing plates and apply it to cans; each transfer blanket includes a different art in low relief which produces an image on cans in addition to the image produced by printing plates; the device is preferably a rotary dry offset printer.
Abstract:
A coiled metal substrate with a faux galvanized surface appearance. The faux galvanized surface of the substrate including a spangle print pattern of polyvinylidene fluoride (PFDV) flexographically applied to the metal substrate. Atop the PFDV print pattern is semi-transparent coating of fluoroethylene vinyl ether (FEVE) flexographically applied atop the spangle print pattern of PFDV.
Abstract:
A producing method of a base member provided with a printed layer, the method including: disposing a printing plate including a screen plate having an opening pattern and a frame body supporting the screen plate so that the printing plate is opposed to a printing target surface of the base member having at least one bent portion; disposing a squeegee so as to be opposed to a plate surface of the screen plate opposite to the base member; and forming the printed layer by extruding a printing material onto the printing target surface by the squeegee via the opening pattern of the screen plate in a state where the frame body is supported so as to be relatively movable with respect to the printing target surface in a normal direction of the printing target surface.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to using soft secondary plates and specialty inks in a printing process. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and methods of using soft secondary plates made of a rubber comprising a saturated chain of polymethylene or a photopolymer material to decorate an exterior surface of cylindrical metallic containers with high definition graphics and other indicia.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a rear case for an electronic device, which can express a design characteristic of a metal texture without interrupting an electromagnetic signal. The rear case provided on the rear surface of the electronic device comprises: a transparent substrate disposed on the rear surface of the electronic device; and a metal decoration made of a metallic material and provided on one surface of the transparent substrate, wherein the metal decoration includes a plurality of metal thin-film figures electrically insulated from each other.
Abstract:
A device 1 for imprinting cans 8 comprises a plurality of ink cartridges 2a-2f that supply ink to a plurality of printing plates 3a-3f; the printing plates 2a-2f communicate with transfer blankets 5a-5l fixed to drum 6, the transfer blankets 5a-5l move ink from the printing plates 2a-2f and apply it to cans 8; each transfer blanket 2a-2f includes a different art in low relief (FIG. 15) which produces an image on cans 8 in addition to the image produced by printing plates 2a-2f; the device 1 is preferably a rotary dry offset printer. A method of printing cans comprising forming a relief image in a transfer blanket with a laser is also disclosed.
Abstract:
The present provides a method for producing a patterned steel plate by using roller-coating printing and screen printing, and a ground color pattern produced can be more accurate and a thicker and solider printing layer with a stronger stereo perception can also be obtained by using the roller-coating printing and screen printing, meanwhile in roller coating section, a servo control system is further comprised to control the rotate speed of each roller of the roller coating equipment and the preset time, thus ensuring that the actual roller surface linear velocity is consistent with the process rotation speed, so there is no need to stop the line for adjusting in the production process, thus increasing the production efficiency.
