A control system for an industrial machine including a machine configuration editing device and a machine configuration management device is configured to represent a machine configuration to be controlled in a graph-like machine configuration tree having constituent elements as nodes. The machine configuration editing device acquires machine configuration data for generating the machine configuration tree. The machine configuration management device includes a machine configuration tree generation portion configured to generate a plurality of the machine configuration trees on the basis of the machine configuration data and a node information change portion configured to generate a single machine configuration tree having a branch node set at a position corresponding to a boundary between common nodes and different nodes in the plurality of machine configuration trees and having the different nodes in the plurality of machine configuration trees so as to branch from the branch node toward tips.

    摘要: One example embodiment of the present invention is a control system for an actuator that is controlled by a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. The control system includes at least two controllers that are connected to the actuator. Each of the controller sends an independent sequence of PWM signal to the actuator. The actuator is controlled by a combination of the PWM signals from all the controllers together. The controllers are synchronized by a clock signal that provides a sequence of periodic clock interval and the PWM signal from each controller occupies a separate and non-overlapping clock interval from the PWM signal of other controllers.

    摘要: A method for generating a quote for fabrication of a part to be fabricated includes receiving, from a customer device associated with a customer, a design request for a part to be fabricated by a fabrication process, the design request including a two-dimensional drawing file representing the part to be fabricated and descriptive information including a descriptive datum. The method includes extracting a first feature from the 2D drawing file, wherein the first feature represents a geometry of the part to be fabricated. The method includes extracting a second feature from the descriptive information, wherein the second feature represents the descriptive datum. The method includes generating, as a function of the first and second features, a quote for fabrication for the part to be fabricated, the quote for fabrication including a cost and time to fabricate the part to be fabricated and sending the quote for fabrication to the customer.

    摘要: A data collection system includes a subordinate controller configured to control an electrical device, and a superordinate controller connected to the subordinate controller via synchronous communication and asynchronous communication to control the subordinate controller. The superordinate controller includes a reference signal transmitter to transmit a timing reference signal to the subordinate controller via the synchronous communication. The subordinate controller includes data storage configured to record data relating to the electrical device; a delay time calculator to measure a delay time from a timing at which the subordinate controller receives the timing reference signal to a timing at which the data storage starts recording the data; and a data transmitter configured to transmit the data and the delay time to the superordinate controller via the asynchronous communication or the synchronous communication.
