    Abstract: An apparatus can include an inverter to provide an output N-phase alternating-current to an external component. When N equals two, a phase of the N phases can include an upper gate and a lower gate. The apparatus can also include a current detector configured to detect a phase current magnitude of the output alternating current. The apparatus can also include a controller coupled to the current detector and to the inverter. The controller can generate a gate command for controlling a gate of the inverter. The controller can also determine a value for a current threshold less than a shutoff current threshold for the external component. The controller can provide a protection command to turn off the upper gate of a corresponding phase of the inverter responsive to detecting that the phase current magnitude is greater than the current threshold.

    Abstract: A method for processing an interphase short circuit is provided, including: when a two-phase or three-phase interphase short circuit occurs in a line, maintaining a fault phase of the line to be conducted and tripping off the remaining fault phases, and artificially grounding another fault phase connected to the fault phase or directly utilizing an existing grounding point; connecting a neutral point or a charged phase of a three-phase ineffectively grounded power supply system other than the fault phase to the ground, so as to form a closed loop with the fault phase and generate a current, and detecting a current duration by a controlled switch. When a certain controlled switch reaches a trigger condition and cuts off the line, a fault is cleared.

    Abstract: Respiration aiding equipment is provided, wherein the respiration aiding equipment includes a main control module, a heating loop and a heating loop protective circuit connected to the heating loop, and the heating loop protective circuit includes an acquisition sub-circuit, a suppression sub-circuit, a protective sub-circuit and a discharge sub-circuit; the acquisition sub-circuit collects input voltage of the protective sub-circuit and sends the input voltage to the suppression sub-circuit; the suppression sub-circuit clamps the input voltage and releases current through the discharge sub-circuit; and the protective sub-circuit performs short-circuit protection when the current is too high. In the present disclosure, the over-voltage protection is realized through the voltage clamp in such a manner of monitoring the voltage of the heating loop and suppressing the input voltage through the suppression sub-circuit, and then the over-current protection is realized through the protective sub-circuit when the circuit current is too high.

    Abstract: A direct current residual current protection device having a controlled current discharge having a positive and a negative input terminal, a positive and a negative output terminal, a first switch, a controller and a discharge control circuit. The first switch is interposed between the positive input terminal and the positive output terminal and operatively opens/closes an electrical connection between the positive input terminal and the positive output terminal.
