    摘要: A DC/DC converter is able to test an overcurrent detection circuit without damaging the circuit. The DC/DC converter includes: a high-side switch; an IV conversion element and a current detection transistor which are connected in parallel with the high-side switch; a low-side switch; an overcurrent detection circuit; and a control circuit which outputs a first signal from a first output port to the high-side switch, outputs a second signal from the second output port to the low-side switch, and outputs a third signal from a third output port to the current detection transistor. The DC/DC converter further includes a test port which controls the current detection transistor to be turned off in the case of testing the overcurrent detection circuit, and supplies a variable current to a connection point between the current detection transistor which is controlled to be turned off and the IV conversion element.

    摘要: A voltage source converter includes two half bridges each having two current valves connected in series to be connected to opposite poles of a DC source/load. A gate drive unit controls a semiconductor device of a current valve. An arrangement carries out voltage measurements for providing a value of DC voltage between the opposite poles. A voltage divider connected across the two current valves measures DC voltage between opposite poles and each voltage divider has an output connected to processing parts delivering a digital signal representing a value of the DC voltage between the poles. Two gate drive units send a digital signal to a calculating unit to carry out a quality estimation of the digital signals and to calculate a DC voltage value from the signals while giving each signal a weight corresponding to the quality value adhered thereto and then forming a weighted average value.

The high-voltage generating circuit comprises: N voltage conversion units (111a, 121a, 131a, 141a), N energy storage units (112a, 122a, 132a, 142a), a voltage adjustment unit (200a), and a control unit (300a). Input ends of the N voltage conversion units (111a, 121a, 131a, 141a) are connected in parallel and then connected to a total input end, and output ends of the N voltage conversion units (111a, 121a, 131a, 141a) are connected in series and then connected to a total output end; the N energy storage units (112a, 122a, 132a, 142a) have one-to-one correspondence to the N voltage conversion units (111a, 121a, 131a, 141a); an input end of the voltage adjustment unit (200a) is connected to the output ends of the voltage conversion units (111a 121a 131a 141a) and an output end of the voltage adjustment unit (200a) is connected to the total output end; and the control unit (300a) is connected to the N voltage conversion units (111a, 121a, 131a, 141a) and the voltage adjustment unit (200a) so as to adjust the output voltage of the total output end to be a target voltage. In this way, the output voltage can be quickly switched to the target voltage by means of the multiple input-parallel output-series voltage conversion units (111a, 121a 131a, 141a), and meanwhile, the output range of the voltage is widened, such that the application prospect of a pulsed electric field ablation technology in treatment of arrhythmia is improved.
