An electrical signal is configured to travel between the signal port and the coil, and the electrical signal in the coil is proportional to mechanic displacement of the surface when a force equilibrium state of the surface is broken either by the electrical signal in the coil or the mechanic displacement of the surface from a position of the force equilibrium state.

    摘要: A compression driver includes a magnet assembly and a waveguide mounted to the magnet assembly, the waveguide having a first side, an opposed second side, and a central aperture forming an exit of the compression driver. An annular diaphragm is disposed above the magnet assembly and adjacent the second side of the waveguide, the diaphragm having an external flat portion generally coplanar with an internal flat portion. A compression chamber is defined between the diaphragm and the second side of the waveguide, the second side of the waveguide having a final segment that tapers toward the central aperture, wherein part of the diaphragm is loaded by the compression chamber and part of the diaphragm radiates directly to the exit of the compression driver.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are methods and apparatuses for the transmission of audio information from a bone-conduction headset to a user. The bone-conduction headset may be mounted on a glasses-style support structure. The bone-conduction transducer may be mounted near where the glasses-style support structure approach a wearer's ears. In one embodiment, an apparatus has a bone-conduction transducer with a diaphragm configured to vibrate based on a magnetic field. The magnetic field being based off an applied electric field. The apparatus may also have an anvil coupled to the diaphragm. The anvil may be configured to conduct the vibration from the bone-conduction transducer. Additionally, the anvil may be coupled to a metallic component. The metallic component may be configured to couple to a magnetic field created by the bone-conduction transducer.

    摘要: The present invention provides an electroacoustic transducer and a method of fabricating the same, employing a lead frame to integrally form a plurality of component parts, thus reducing the number of individual component parts, and improving assembly efficiency. The electroacoustic transducer comprises a base, a yoke fixed to the base, a core, a coil wound around the core, magnet surrounding the coil, a support ring surround the magnet, a vibrating plate supported on the support ring, lead terminals fixed to the base, and a case having a sound emitting cylinder and joined to the base so as to cover those components. A gap is formed between the core and the diaphragm. The diaphragm, the gap, the core, the yoke and the magnet form a closed magnetic path. The coil drives the diaphragm for vibration when energized. The yoke and the lead terminals are integrally formed of a common metal material such as the lead frame. The core may be integrally formed with the yoke of the lead frame.

In the electroacoustic transducer, a space is formed underneath a magnet by diminishing a vertical thickness of the magnet in comparison with the height of a magnetic core, and also by disposing the magnet at a position trensversely aligned to an upper portion of the magnetic core, so that the space is utilized as a part of a back space at the back of a diaphragm, and for connection of terminals of a coil with external terminals, thereby realizing miniaturization and flattening in the shape of the electroacoustic transducer.

The lead terminals have solder surfaces to be soldered to the surface of a circuit board of another device on which an electroacoustic transducer is to be installed. When the lead terminal member is attached to a circuit board of the electroacoustic transducer and the bridge piece is cut, the pair of lead terminals become separate from each other.
