摘要: The disclosure is related to a clamp-type measuring device includes a clamp and an interval measuring module. The clamp includes a guiding rail and two holding arm. Each of holding arms includes a guide part, a connecting part, and a clamping part. The guide part is movably furnished on the guiding rail. Both ends of the connecting part are respectively connected to the guide part and the clamping part. The interval measuring module includes a first measuring element and a second measuring element. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are furnished on the two connecting parts respectively. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are slidable through the two guide parts respectively in order to measure an interval between the two clamping parts. In addition, the disclosure is also related to a measuring method of the clamp-type measuring device.

摘要: A method and a device can measure machine error of an axis of rotation in a tool post having a touch probe without restriction of an angular range of an angle of rotation. Directions of a measurement plane and a measurement axis in a five-axis measurement are switched in correspondence to a range of the angle of rotation in a touch probe. The five-axis measurement is carried out by setting a position in a direction of a measurement axis in a measurement plane to a position where a reference sphere does not interfere with a lever rod of the touch probe as occasion demands. The five-axis measurement is carried out, for example, by setting the measurement plane to a position which is perpendicular to a line connecting an estimated center of the reference sphere and a center of a tip sphere or the lever rod of the touch probe.

摘要: A power tool having multiple wireless communication states and a method of wirelessly communicating by a power tool. The power tool includes a motor, a battery pack interface that selectively receives a battery pack, a backup power source, and a wireless communication controller coupled to the backup power source and the battery pack interface. The wireless communication controller operates in a connectable state when coupled to a battery pack and transmits tool operational data to the external device and receives tool configuration data from the external device. The wireless communication controller operates in an advertisement state when the wireless communication controller is coupled to and powered by the backup power source. In the advertisement state, the wireless communication controller is configured to transmit the unique tool identifier. The external device may also display an indication of the communication state of the power tool.

The measurement and calculation of the rotation phase of the main spindle at the time of each measurement are continued for plural times of rotations of the main spindle, and thus the measurement values are obtained at various rotation phases, whereby change in drive force during one rotation of the main spindle is finally calculated.

摘要: Provided is a method for evaluating tool installation when fastening a tool to a main shaft of a machine tool, wherein the method includes a storage step for storing a reference location of a draw bar at the time when the tool is contacting a mounting seat of the main shaft, in a state in which foreign matter has been removed from the surface of the mounting seat and from the contacting surface of the tool. The method for evaluating tool installation includes a measuring step for measuring a measurement location of the draw bar when the tool is installed on the main shaft, and a determination step for determining the installation state of the tool to be abnormal if a measurement-location error with respect to the reference location exceeds a predetermined determination range.
