摘要: A lower surface of the printing platform is provided with a displacement device, and the displacement device is used to rotate the printing platform horizontally and adjust a pitch angle of the printing platform. The additive device is located above the printing platform and is connected to one end of the robotic arm, and the additive device is provided with a pressing roller. The robotic arm includes rotating joints used to drive the additive device to print and melt a fiber tow on the printing platform according to a predetermined path. The fiber pulling device is disposed on the printing platform to grab the reinforced fiber and make it cross-weave with the horizontally printed fiber tow on the horizontal plane. When working, the pressing roller is always perpendicular to the printing platform to press the melted fiber tow and the reinforced fiber cross-woven with the fiber tow.

摘要: The invention is generally a 3D printer configured for printing 3D objects using a high-viscosity photosensitive material. The 3D printer may include a fluid retaining assembly which comprises a rotating tank. A printing platform is situated in a manner such that a bottom surface of the printing platform makes contact with the printing solution in the tank. To facilitate printing using the high-viscosity printing material, a scraper assembly may be implemented in order to properly prepare the printing solution onto a surface of the tank. The scraper assembly prepares the material by scraping a layer of the material onto the surface of the tank for facilitating curing of the layer onto the printing platform.

摘要: A release device and a printing apparatus are provided. The release device includes: a fixing member, a release film, a support plate, a soft rubber ring and an exhaust device. The fixing member is arranged to be fixed to the release film. The soft rubber ring is arranged between the release film and the support plate at edges of the release film and the support plate. A cavity is enclosed by the release film, the support plate, and the soft rubber ring together. The support plate is provided with a first through hole through which the exhaust device is in communication with the cavity. In this way, air in the cavity can be exhausted by the exhaust device, the release film can be attached downward to the support plate, a printing model can thus be smoothly released from the release film.

摘要: The present invention utilizes 3D printing technology, specifically fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printing, to produce solid dosage forms, such as pharmaceutical tablets. The production process utilizes novel printing filaments, typically on a spool, which contain the active ingredient. Such active-containing filaments have proved to be extremely robust and the principles outlined in the present disclosure provide access to a variety of viable formulations directly from a 3D printer. This, for the first time, affords a viable means for the in situ (e.g. within a pharmacy) 3D printing of personalized medicines tailored to a patient's needs. The invention also relates to purpose-built software for operating the printing apparatus, as well as local, national and global systems for monitoring the real time operation of a plurality of printing apparati to enable facile detection of malfunctions, thereby making regulatory approval viable and facilitating regulatory compliance.

摘要: A five-axis linkage 3D printer is provided, and relates to the field of 3D printers. In the device, a base material driving unit is configured to drive and control a base material to rotate on a base; a nozzle driving unit is configured to control the position of a nozzle of the 3D printer in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; a scanning unit is configured to scan and photograph movement trajectory of the base material and transmit information of the movement trajectory to an electric control system; and the electric control system is configured to collect the information of the scanning unit and controlling movement of the nozzle driving unit and the base material driving unit. With the device, the position of the nozzle is accurately controlled in x-axis direction, y-axis direction and z-axis direction, and a rotary table is placed inside a groove of the base. A trapezoidal swing arm is used so that the rotation center is lower than the rotation center of the swing arm, and the height of the rotary table is reduced. Therefore, overall height of the driving device is reduced, and the cost is also reduced.
