    摘要: A trolley of a rope crane, comprising a trolley body, a transverse load beam of the trolley, a hoisting mechanism and comprises a rope drum, a hoisting motor for driving the rope drum, and a gear for coupling the hoisting motor to the rope drum, whereby the gear has a primary side and a secondary side, and whereby the rope drum is located, in the vertical direction of the trolley, between the hoisting motor and load beam parallel to the load beam. The hoisting mechanism is supported by a three-point support to a main beam, whereby the first support point and second support point are adjacent to the secondary side of a gear, and whereby the third support point is formed by a support of the rope from end facing away from the gear to the load beam at a lateral distance from the first and second support point.

    摘要: A tension setting system for a remote setting of a tension in a transfer cable ensuring a displacement of a transfer carriage along a jib of a crane, including a winch equipped with a motor cooperating with the cable so as to ensure a displacement of the carriage, a pilot unit connected to the motor to pilot a displacement of the carriage, and a setting mechanical device mounted on the carriage and adapted to be actuated by the action of a displacement of the carriage. The setting mechanical device is coupled to the cable and configurable between a working configuration in which the mechanical device stands still irrespective of the displacement of the carriage and results in a holding of the tension in the cable, and a detent configuration in which, by the action of a displacement of the carriage piloted by the pilot unit according to a first sequence of reciprocating displacement, the mechanical device results in a release of the tension in the cable.

    摘要: A trolley for lifting and/or moving a load on lines and an installation and method using it are disclosed. The trolley includes first and second side plates and sheave assemblies. Each sheave assembly includes a sheave axle with an axle shaft projecting from the first plate, a sheave cartridge on the axle shaft between the plates. Each sheave cartridge includes a pulley wheel rotatable on a bearing around an axis of the axle shaft. The axes of the shafts are parallel to one another. Retention fasteners extend thought the second plate to secure the second and first plates through the axle shafts. An installation includes a trolley and main line extending between two fixed anchorages. In use, the main line passes between the plates of the trolley, the main line contacts a sheave or pulley wheel of the trolley whereby the trolley can travel along the main line.

    摘要: A self-maintaining crane system including a bridge, a trolley, a hoist, and sensors for use within a hostile environment, such as a wastewater treatment facility, is presented. The bridge is movable along a pair of runway rails within the hostile environment. The trolley is movable between the runway rails. The hoist with extendable-retractable cable is movable with the trolley. Bridge sensors separately determine whether the bridge has engaged a bridge home position and a bridge end position. The bridge is movable away from the bridge home position and back toward the bridge end position. Trolley sensors separately determine whether the trolley has engaged a trolley home position and a trolley end position. The trolley is movable away from the trolley home position and back toward the trolley end position. Hoist sensors separately determine whether the cable has engaged a hoist home position and a hoist end position. The cable is extendable away from the hoist home position and retractable toward the hoist end position. Sensors facilitate automated movement of bridge, trolley, and cable so as to minimize functional impairment of the crane system by the hostile environment.

The base is vertically movable with respect to each of the supports with vibration isolators. The shock absorbers are connected by a link that operates to ensure similarity of respective distances between the base and the support connected to each other in each of the shock absorbers.
