The first pin is closer to an axis of rotation of the door than the third pin when the door is in a closed position. The door stop is mounted to the second arm and positioned to contact the first arm when the door is opened to a selected angle.

The hinge body can be pivotally engaged with the base hinge member. A self locking latch can be pivotally engaged with the base hinge member. When the hinge body is rotated around the first axis of rotation, the protruding latch engagement member can contact the self locking latch and can rotate the self locking latch around the second axis of rotation opposite to the bias direction. The self locking latch can rotate around the second axis of rotation in the bias direction and can block the hinge body from rotating around the first axis of rotation.

At least one support spring acts in the opening direction (OR) and is separate from the ejecting device, and supports the ejecting motion of the ejecting device. At least in an overpressed closed position (US), the spring forces (A, U) are together greater than the closing force (Z) which acts on the flap and which is provided by the main spring acting in the closing direction (SR).

The door hinge includes a housing couplable to the body, a door lever pivotably mountable on the door for movement about a main shaft, a weight compensating spring and a closing spring. The weight compensating spring holds the door substantially in a position of equilibrium when the door is opened and the closing spring applies a self-closing force shortly before the door reaches the closed position and applies a closure maintaining force when the door reaches the closed position. Further included is a dampening device that counteracts one or both of a closing force and an opening force.

摘要： A toggle type hinge (10) has a damper assembly mounted on the flange (12) of its hinge cup. The damper assembly provides a damping resistance to the closing movement of the hinge over its final stage. The damper assembly includes: a sleeve (21) which houses a linear damper. The sleeve (21) is mounted on a groove (26) on the hinge cup flange (12) and is held in position by a holder (15). A wing (22) on the sleeve (21) is arranged to come into engagement with an arm (11) of the hinge, causing the sleeve to rotate about its longitudinal axis (25). A cam arrangement (19, 23) between the hinge cup flange (12) and the sleeve (21) causes the sleeve to move along its axis (25) as it rotates. The axial movement of the sleeve (21) causes compression of the damper.

The torque storing assembly includes a torque rod having a first axial end and a second axial end, and a torque tube having a first axial end and a second axial end. The first axial end of the torque rod is attached to a linkage system in torque transmitting engagement for transmitting torque therebetween, the second axial end of the torque rod is attached to the second axial end of the torque tube in torque transmitting engagement for transmitting torque therebetween, and the first axial end of the torque tube is attached to a hinge box in torque transmitting engagement for transmitting torque therebetween. The torque storing assembly is pre-loaded with a moment to generate a torque for assisting movement of the support member from a closed position into an open position.
