摘要: Systems and methods for managing content provenance are provided. A network system accesses a plurality of documents. The plurality of documents is then hashed to identify one or more content features within each of the documents. In one embodiment, the hash is a MinHash. The network system compares the content features of each of the plurality of documents to determine a similarity score between each of the plurality of documents. In one embodiment, the similarly score is a Jaccard score. The network system then clusters the plurality of documents into one or more clusters based on the similarity score of each of the plurality of documents. In one embodiment, the clustering is performed using DBSCAN. DBSCAN can be iteratively performed with decreasing epsilon values to derive clusters of related but relatively dissimilar documents. The clustering information associated with the clusters are stored for use during runtime.

摘要: Systems, methods and products for automatic translation of content items, where in one embodiment a system includes one or more processors configured to identify components of a content item to be translated (translation items) and components not to be translated (non-translation items). The system generates a key-value pair corresponding to each translation item, where the key-value pair includes a key which comprises a unique identifier and a value which comprises a text string of the translation item. The system also generates a translation template that corresponds to the content item, wherein the translation template matches the content item except that the text string of each translation item is replaced by the key of the corresponding key-value pair. The system then provides a translation of each of the key-value pairs. The system generates a translated content item. By replacing each key in the translation template with the corresponding generated translation.

摘要: Embodiments are directed to a system, computer program product, and method for text mining, and dynamic facet and facet value management and application to a document collection. Two or more words from a first document collection are extracted, with the extracted words being associated with an applied annotation. At least one word is selected from the extracted words, designated as a facet, and a value is selectively added to the facet. An analysis of the added value is dynamically performed, and a dictionary with the annotation, facet, and values is constructed and the dictionary is applied to the document collection. A targeted list of documents is returned from the dictionary application to the document collection.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a response analysis system that employs a small-data training dataset to train a neural network that accurately performs domain-agnostic opinion mining. For example, in one or more embodiments, the response analysis system trains a response classification neural network using part of speech information (e.g., syntactic information) to learn and apply response classification labels for opinion text responses. In particular, the response analysis system employs part of speech information patterns without regard to word patterns to determine whether words in a text response correspond to an opinion, the target of the opinion, or neither. In addition, the trained response classification neural network has a significantly reduced learned parameter space, which decreases processing, memory requirements, and overall complexity.
