摘要: Embodiments described herein generally relate to measuring and evaluating a test signal generated by a device under test (DUT). In particular, the test signal generated by the DUT may be compared to a reference signal and scored based on the comparison. For example, a method may include: capturing a test signal from a device under test; splicing the test signal into a plurality of test audio files based on a plurality of frequency bins; at each frequency bin, comparing each of the plurality of test audio files to a corresponding reference audio file from among a plurality of reference audio files, the plurality of reference audio files being associated with a reference signal; and calculating a performance score of the device under test based on the comparisons.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for determining a packet's round trip time (RTT) in a network. A system can receive information of a packet sent by a component of the network and further determine an expected acknowledgement (ACK) sequence number associated with the packet based upon received information of the packet. The system can receive information of a subsequent packet received by the component and determine an ACK sequence number and a receiving time of the subsequent packet. In response to determining that the ACK sequence number of the subsequent TCP packet matches the expected ACK sequence number, the system can determine a round trip time (RTT) of the packet based upon the received information of the packet and the received information of the subsequent packet.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for updating configurations in sensors deployed in multi-layer virtualized environments. In some examples, a system can track information of sensors and collectors in the network. In response to determining that a specific collector becomes unavailable (e.g., the specific collector is down, offline or becomes unsupported), the system can determine affected sensors corresponding to the specific collector, determine a new collector among active collectors of the network for each of the affected sensors, and dynamically update configuration and settings of the affected sensors to maintain proper collector-to-sensor mappings and other settings on the affected sensors.

摘要: A system that incorporates aspects of the subject disclosure may perform operations including, for example, obtaining uplink information associated with a downlink path, wherein the uplink information includes operational parameters used by a plurality of communication devices for transmitting wireless signals on a plurality of uplink paths; performing, based on the uplink information, a plurality of measurements of the plurality of uplink paths; identifying a measurement from the plurality of measurements that is below a threshold, thereby indicating an affected uplink path of the plurality of uplink paths; initiating a first filtering of the affected uplink path, wherein the initiating is based on the identifying and wherein the first filtering is based upon one or more first filtering parameters; and receiving instructions comprising one or more updated filtering parameters, wherein the instructions are received by the system at a port of the system. 摘要: According to one method for obtaining information from a hardened forward error correction (FEC) implementation, the method occurs at a test device implemented using at least one processor and at least one memory. The method includes copying data from a data stream that is to be processed by a hardened FEC engine; delaying the copied data while the hardened FEC engine generates corresponding error corrected output using the data; comparing the copied data and the corresponding error corrected output for differences; and generating FEC related metrics based on the comparison.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for annotating process and user information for network flows. In some embodiments, a capturing agent, executing on a first device in a network, can monitor a network flow associated with the first device. The first device can be, for example, a virtual machine, a hypervisor, a server, or a network device. Next, the capturing agent can generate a control flow based on the network flow. The control flow may include metadata that describes the network flow. The capturing agent can then determine which process executing on the first device is associated with the network flow and label the control flow with this information. Finally, the capturing agent can transmit the labeled control flow to a second device, such as a collector, in the network.
