    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for time domain resource allocations in wireless communications systems. Disclosed embodiments include time-domain symbol determination and/or indication using a combination of higher layer and downlink control information signaling for physical downlink shared channel and physical uplink shared channel; time domain resource allocations for mini-slot operations; rules for postponing and dropping for multiple mini-slot transmission; and collision handling of sounding reference signals with semi-statically or semi-persistently configured uplink transmissions.     Abstract: Technology for a UE is disclosed. The UE can identify that a resource for a PUCCH transmission with HARQ-ACK information and/or a resource for a PUCCH associated with a SR overlap in time with two resources for respective PUCCH transmissions with two CSI reports. The UE can select a resource for a PUCCH transmission with a CSI report having a higher priority from the two resources for respective PUCCH transmissions with the two CSI reports. The UE can multiplex the HARQ-ACK information and/or the SR in the selected resource for the PUCCH transmission with the CSI report having the higher priority. The UE can encode the multiplexed HARQ-ACK information and the SR and the CSI report for transmission on the selected resource for the PUCCH transmission to a NR base station. The UE can drop the CSI report and the PUCCH resource having a lower priority.

    Abstract: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) to operate in accordance with a physical random access channel (PRACH) are disclosed herein. The UE may comprise hardware processing circuitry to determine a coverage enhancement category for the UE based on downlink channel statistics related to reception of downlink signals at the UE from an Evolved Node-B (eNB) and an uplink-downlink imbalance parameter related to uplink reception at the eNB. The hardware processing circuitry may be further to select, for use in a coverage enhancement mode, a PRACH preamble from a set of candidate PRACH preambles based on the determined coverage enhancement category for the UE. In some embodiments, at least some of the candidate PRACH preambles may span a different number of sub-frames.

    Abstract: Devices and methods of receiving a PDCCH-less xSIB are generally described. A UE receive a xPBCH that occurs in a 0th or a 25th subframe and an ePBCH in an ePBCH transmission block. The ePBCH has the xSIB and is received on different Tx beams. The ePBCH spans consecutive symbols on the same subcarrier and with the same ePBCH symbol. The frame number, subframe number and symbol number of the ePBCH is dependent on a subframe number and symbol number of the xPBCH. The number of beams received for a particular symbol is dependent on a total number of beams, a beam sweeping time for the beams and a transmission periodicity of the xPBCH and ePBCH. The UE also uses different OCCs to demodulate a DMRS from different APs, in a same PRB as the ePBCH.
