Abstract: Loading, shifting, and staging objects in automated or semi-automated fashion including systems, methods, and apparatuses for the same. The embodiments hereof enable automated and/or semi-automated loading, shifting, organizing, staging, and accessing of objects in different environments, e.g., those associated with a logistics network operation. For example, one such environment is a vehicle. In one aspect, a loading mechanism is used to load objects into a storage space of the vehicle. In another aspect, a shifting mechanism is used to shift objects in a storage space of the vehicle. In another aspect, a door assembly allows for automated opening and closing of a door into a storage space of a vehicle. In addition, methods of manufacturing and using the same are provided.

Abstract: An arrangement for guiding at least two furniture doors relative to a stationary furniture part includes: at least two guide rails; a first carriage mounted (possibly movably) on a first of the guide rails and which is connectable to a first of the at least two furniture doors; and a second carriage mounted (possibly movably) on the other of the guide rails and which is connectable to another of the at least two furniture doors. A connection device can releasably connect the guide rails at one end, the guide rails being arranged substantially in alignment with one another when in a connected state. An adjustment device can allow an adjustment of at least two ends of the guide rails relative to the stationary furniture part in a direction transverse to a longitudinal extent of the guide rails.

Abstract: A door assembly may include a first sidelite configured to be operably coupled to a first door jamb, a second sidelite configured to be operably coupled to a second door jamb where the first and second sidelites are disposed in a common plane and defining a door opening between the first and second sidelites, a first sliding panel, a second sliding panel where the first and second sliding panels are movable from a closed position disposing the first and second sliding panels to block access through the door opening and an open position in which the first sliding panel is proximate the first sidelite and the second sliding panel is proximate the second sidelite, and are disposed in a second plane parallel to the common plane in both the open and closed position, a first partial door panel disposed in a third plane opposite the second plate relative to the common plane, and a second partial door panel disposed in the third plane, the first and second partial door panel being movable from being a closed state in which the first and second partial door panels at least partially block access through the door opening and an open state in which the first partial door panel is proximate the first sidelite and the second partial door panel is proximate the second sidelite. The first and second partial door panels are each operably coupled to a biasing assembly that biases the first and second partial door panels toward the open state, and the first and second partial door panels are configured to be transitioned to the closed state by manual operation against a force of the biasing assembly.

A mechanical coupling arrangement which, depending on the position of the window pane, the shading structure and movement of the cable strand, is transferable between a first coupling state, in which the shading structure is coupled to the cable strand for the driven shifting and the window pane is decoupled therefrom, and a second coupling state, in which the shading structure is decoupled from the cable strand and the window pane is coupled to the cable strand for the driven shifting.
