Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating a broadcast signal frame corresponding to a time interleaver supporting a plurality of operation modes are disclosed. An apparatus for generating broadcast signal frame according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a combiner configured to generate a multiplexed signal by combining a core layer signal and an enhanced layer signal; a power normalizer configured to reduce the power of the multiplexed signal to a power level corresponding to the core layer signal; a time interleaver configured to generate a time-interleaved signal by performing interleaving that is applied to both the core layer signal and the enhanced layer signal; and a frame builder configured to generate a broadcast signal frame including a preamble for signaling time interleaver information corresponding to the time interleaver, the preamble includes a field indicating a start position of a first complete FEC block corresponding to each of physical layer pipes.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an image deep learning model training method. The method includes sampling a twin negative comprising a first negative sample and a second negative sample by selecting the first negative sample with a highest similarity out of an anchor sample and a positive sample constituting a matching pair in each class and by selecting the second negative sample with a highest similarity to the first negative sample, and training the samples to minimize a loss of a loss function in each class by utilizing the anchor sample, the positive sample, the first and second negative samples for each class. The first negative sample is selected in a different class from a class comprising the matching pair, and the second negative sample is selected in a different class from classes comprising the matching pair and the first negative sample.

Abstract: A method of sharing a frequency between base stations, which is performed by a specialized base station having at least some specialized coverages inside a general purpose coverage of a general purpose base station, may comprise: receiving information about adjacent base stations including the general base station from a mobile edge core network configured to manage the specialized base station; requesting, by the specialized base station, necessary bandwidth parts from the mobile edge core network; receiving allocation information for the bandwidth parts from the mobile edge core network; and setting the bandwidth parts based on the allocation information, wherein the specialized base station provides a specialized service to a specialized terminal in the specialized coverage according to the set bandwidth parts.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device for sharing a candidate list. A method of generating a merging candidate list for a predictive block may include: producing, on the basis of a coding block including a predictive block on which a parallel merging process is performed, at least one of a spatial merging candidate and a temporal merging candidate of the predictive block; and generating a single merging candidate list for the coding block on the basis of the produced merging candidate. Thus, it is possible to increase processing speeds for coding and decoding by performing inter-picture prediction in parallel on a plurality of predictive blocks.
