    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an earthquake and tsunami warning system and a transmission method for a primary notification message thereof. The transmission method includes: a base station pages all terminals via a paging message containing indication information of an earthquake and tsunami warning system (ETWS) message, and transmits security information of an ETWS primary notification message via the resource prearranged with the terminals, and basic information of the ETWS primary notification message is transmitted within the paging message or via the prearranged resource; the terminals receive the security information of the ETWS primary notification message via the prearranged resource after receiving the paging message containing indication information of the ETWS message, and obtains the basic information of the ETWS primary notification message from the paging message or receives the basic information of the ETWS primary notification message via the prearranged resource. The technical solution provided by the present disclosure can achieve the transmission of the ETWS primary notification message as well as meet the time delay requirement, and modify the base station and terminals slightly with little or no overhead increasing.

    Abstract: The aspects enable a processor to concurrently execute markup language code (e.g., HTML) having embedded scripting language code (e.g., JAVASCRIPT®) during a page load operation by a browser. A markup language parser parses markup language code until embedded scripting language code is encountered. The segment of embedded scripting language code is extracted for execution by a scripting language engine which proceeds concurrently with speculative parsing of the markup language code. Markup language code generated by execution of scripting language code is evaluated to determine if it is well formed, and a partial rollback of the markup language parse and re-parsing of portions of the markup language code is accomplished if not. Concurrent parsing of markup language code and execution of scripting language code, with partial roll back of the parsing process when necessary, continues until all markup language code has been parsed and all scripting language code has been executed.

    Abstract: A fan unit assembly includes a fan rack, fan units and handles. The fan rack includes a carrier and parallel partition boards erected on the carrier to define fan-disposing regions. The partition board has at least one first positioning part and at least one first guiding part facing the corresponding fan-disposing region. The fan unit has two side surfaces and a front surface. The front surface connects the side surfaces. The side surfaces respectively have a second guiding part engaged with the first guiding part. The fan unit is suitable to move along the first guiding part through the second guiding part. The handles are disposed at the front surface and both ends thereof are bent to form two pivot portions respectively pivoted on the side surfaces. Each pivot portion has a second positioning part.     Abstract: A machine motion control system includes a number of moving parts for securing test electronic devices, a machine and an axis control card mounted on the machine. The machine includes a number of servo modules and a number of sensing units. The servo modules drive and control the corresponding moving parts on the machine.
