    Abstract: A light control sheet including a light control layer and transparent electrode layers sandwiching the light control layer such that the transparent electrode layers apply a voltage to the light control layer. The light control layer has a light-shielding property which changes based on the voltage applied to the transparent electrode layers and is measurable by a light-shielding ratio defined by JIS L 1055:2009, and at least one target change ratio has a maximum value of 0.7 or more in an absolute value, where the target change ratio is a change ratio of the light-shielding ratio with respect to the voltage in a target range of the voltage in which the light-shielding ratio changes by 10%.

    Abstract: A photomask blank and a photomask having favorable wafer transfer characteristics and irradiation resistance. A photomask blank is for fabricating a photomask for an exposure wavelength of 193 nm, the photomask blank comprising: a light-transmissive substrate; a phase shift film formed on the light-transmissive substrate and providing phase shift effects of a light transmittance of at least 30% with respect to exposure light; and a light-shielding film formed on the phase shift film. The phase shift film is constituted by lamination of: a first phase shift film (that uses a silicon nitride-based material, has a refractive index n1 of 2.5 to 2.7, and an extinction coefficient k1 of 0.2 to 0.4; and a second phase shift film that uses a silicon oxynitride-based material, has a refractive index n2 of 1.55 to 2.20, and an extinction coefficient k2 greater than 0 but no greater than 0.1.

The gas barrier laminate comprises: a resin substrate; a first layer containing an inorganic oxide; a second layer containing a carboxylic acid polymer; and a third layer containing a polyvalent metal compound and a resin. The steam-releasing sealing portion includes a first sealant layer having at least a first base layer that faces the accommodation compartment and a second base layer laminated with the first base layer and a second sealant layer having at least a third base layer that faces the accommodation compartment and a fourth base layer laminated with the third base layer. The first base layer and the third base layer are joined together.
