    摘要: This invention relates to a bacteriophage MPK6 (deposit number: KCCM 11044P) having a lytic activity to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or a progeny bacteriophage thereof having a RFLP (Restriction fragment length polymorphism) DNA profile substantially equivalent to the bacteriophage MPK6. The present invention provides a bacteriophage MPK6 or a progeny bacteriophage thereof capable of treating a Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection disease, and suggests an anti-bacterial activity of MPK6 and its progeny bacteriophage using a mammalian and non-mammalian infection model. According to the present invention, the present bacteriophage MPK6 or progeny bacteriophage thereof represents very effective efficacy on treatment of P. aeruginosa-induced peritonitis-sepsis.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for retrieving multimedia contents represented in a Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) 7 by transforming a user query into an MPEG-7 query format. The method for retrieving multimedia contents includes: representing a user query by using an indicator indicating a specific region of a Moving Picture Experts Group 7 (MPEG-7) document and a reference for referring to the indicator; analyzing a meaning of the user query represented by using the indicator and the reference to thereby produce an analysis result; and retrieving multimedia contents according to the analysis result. The present research can satisfy more than two retrieval conditions within the same structure in an MPEG-7 query format and it can also clearly represent that two different MPEG-7 documents are referred to. Since the meaning of a user query is analyzed accurately during retrieval process, it is possible to precisely retrieve multimedia contents.

    摘要: Provided are a microarray manufactured using a mixture of target probes for drug-resistant HBV detection, quality control probes for controlling quality in probe hybridization and fabrication of microarrays, and negative control probes for determining the presence and ratio of more than one type, i.e., a wild type and a mutant in a codon, measuring a background of non-specific cross-hybridization, and discriminating homozygotes and heterozygotes, and a method of detecting a drug-resistant HBV, controlling the quality of a microarray, determining the presence and ratio of more than one type, and determining positive and false positive probes at the same time using the microarray. The microarray, which includes the target probes for drug-resistant HBV detection, the QC probes, and the negative control probes, can detect a drug-resistant HBV, control quality in fabrication of microarrays and hybridization, determine the presence and ratio of more than one type, i.e., a wild type and a mutant, determine positive and false positive probes by measuring a background of non-specific cross-hybridization, and discriminate homozygotes and heterozygotes. When a plurality of sets of probes, each set containing target probes, QC probes, and negative control probes, are immobilized on a support of the microarray, detection of resistance in HBV to multiple drugs, quality control, and determination as to the presence and ratio of a wild type and a mutant and whether each probe is positive or false positive can be rapidly and accurately performed.

More specifically, according to embodiments of the present invention the lithium battery, which includes a cathode, an anode, and a separate membrane inserted between the cathode and the anode, is characterized in that the separator membrane is a polyolefin porous membrane which has an aramid coating layer; and the cathode includes a lithium metal oxide cathode active material which has an olivine-type iron phosphate lithium coating layer, or the anode includes a carbon anode active material which has a spinel-type lithium titanium oxide coating layer. The lithium secondary battery in accordance with embodiments of the present invention has excellent basic electric performance and improved stability.

The method further includes computing relation weighted values between the entities by using a graph analysis and statistic information, and adding the weighted values to the knowledge graph.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for forming a buffer layer for growing gallium nitride single crystals on a sapphire substrate using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE), wherein the buffer layer is formed in the form of a doped vertical gallium nitride (GaN) single crystal film with a nanoporosity of 0.10 to 0.15 μm on the sapphire substrate by reacting HCl and NH3 as a Group III/V mix gas.The nanoporous buffer layer interposed on the interface between the sapphire substrate and gallium nitride reduces tensile stress generated by the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between gallium nitride and the sapphire substrate, enables growth of the gallium nitride layer to a thickness of 1 micrometer (μm) to several millimeters (mm) without causing cracks, and reduces the lattice constant difference to improve crystallinity.
