Abstract:
A packaging device (1) for articles, such as beverage containers and the like, is disclosed. The packaging device (1) comprises a transport device (12), at least one transfer device (4), which can receive a packaging means already unfolded into a cardboard box and/or outer packaging (7) and transfer it to the transport device (12), and at least one manipulator (30) designed for inserting articles into packaging means already unfolded into a cardboard box and/or outer packaging (7). It is provided that the at least one transfer device (4) can align packaging means already unfolded into a cardboard box and/or outer packaging (7) and thereby orientate them, which orientation is adapted to the respective insertion of articles (3) via the at least one manipulator (30).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for handling piece goods (2) moved one after another being transported to a seizing range (4) of at least one manipulator (5). Hereby at least two transported piece goods (2) are seized, spatially separated from the closed formation (F) and brought into a specified relative first target position (P1) and/or target alignment in relation to the subsequent piece goods (2). There at least one of the piece goods (2) is released. The at least one second piece good (2) seized from the formation (F) is seized again and is brought into a specified relative second target position and/or target alignment that is spaced apart from the first target position (P1).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus (10) for handling piece goods (2) moved one after another, with the piece goods (2) being transported to a seizing range (4) of a manipulator (5). At least one transported piece good (2) is seized in a clamping and/or force-locking and/or form-locking manner by at least two clamping elements and/or gripping elements (22) located opposite each other. The piece good is spatially separated from the subsequent piece goods (2) and is brought into a specified relative target position (P) and/or target alignment relative to subsequent piece goods (2). A first vertical symmetry plane and which is oriented about perpendicular to a transport direction (TR), is spaced apart from a second vertical symmetry plane aligned about parallel thereto, with the second vertical symmetry plane being defined by the manipulator (5) or by the manipulator clamping elements and/or gripping elements (22).
Abstract:
The invention is a method and device for reducing bundles (2) being conveyed in a transport direction (TR) in n rows (3) to a smaller number of continuing transport rows, in particular to (n−1) or (n−2) or (n−3) continuing transport rows (3-1, 3-3). A space (8) is formed at least between the individual bundles (2) of at least one incoming and continuing transport row (3-1, 3-3). The size of the space (8) corresponds to at least the value of a longitudinal extent of an individual article or of an individual group (2) in transport direction (TR). At least two bundles (2) of the at least one row (3-2) are transferred simultaneously by a gripper (10) into a number of consecutive spaces (8) between bundles (2) of a continuing transport row (3-1, 3-3) adjacent to the row (3-2).
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for supplying, staging, and/or handling, and/or for replacing rolls (12, 20) with flat material and/or film material wound thereonto and serving as packaging material (22) for packaging piece goods, bundles, or the like sets of articles. Depleted rolls (20) are removed from at least one installation position (EB1, EB2) of a packaging machine (14), and new rolls (12) are mounted into the particular installation position (EB1, EB2), with new rolls (12) being staged to the packaging machine (14) in a specified feeder device. Each of the installation positions (EB1, EB2) of the packaging machine (14) includes at least one rotatable receiving mandrel (70) for the rotatable reception and holding of the rolls (12). The at least one receiving mandrel (70) is shiftable in its axial direction upon removing a depleted roll (20) and/or upon mounting of a new roll (12).
Abstract:
A pack including at least two articles or PET containers combined with each other, which are held together by means of a strip-like or ribbon-like compact strapping and said strapping being stretched around an outer surface of the articles or PET containers in a horizontal manner. The strapping is made of one, two or more similar or different plastic strapping band or bands made of a composite material with overlapping ends each whereby a single part or multi part contact point is formed by gluing and/or welding. The strapping forms a relief loop at the contact site or apart from the contact site.
Abstract:
The invention includes an apparatus (01) and a method for handling articles (02). The apparatus (01) includes a first conveyor (03) for the supply of articles (02), a second conveyor (04) for the supply of outer packagings (05), and a third conveyor (06) for the discharge of outer packagings items (07). The apparatus also includes a placing surface (08) formed by a section (62, 60) of the third conveyor (06) and arranged between the first conveyor (03) and the second conveyor (04). A transfer device (09) for the transferring of supplied outer packagings (05) from the second conveyor (04) to the placing surface (08), and a transplacing device (10) for transferring articles (02) from the first conveyor (03) into outer packagings (05) having been transferred onto the placing surface (08) are also included. The method includes placing articles (02) into outer packagings (05) staged on a placing surface (08), where the articles (02) are supplied from one or more article flows of articles (02). The outer packagings (05) are supplied independently of the articles (02) in a transport direction (41) and are transferred onto the placing surface (08) individually or groupwise transversely to the transport direction (41). The outer packaging items (07) are discharged independently of the supply of articles (02) and outer packagings (05) in parallel to the transport direction (41) and in the direction of the transport direction (41) or opposite to it.
Abstract:
During grouping, articles (01) from an incoming article flow are grouped on a staging surface (02) and are transported away after completion of the grouping in order to make space for a new grouping. During grouping, the articles (01) are also detected by sensor with regard to their entry alignment and/or entry position in the article flow in order to subsequently bring them into a final alignment and final position corresponding to their arrangement in the grouping to be achieved. During grouping, the articles (01) located on the staging surface (02) are also detected by sensor. The method includes the steps: A. obtaining an actual alignment and an actual position (03) of the articles (01) located on the staging surface (02) with the aid of the sensor detection; B. recognizing mispositioned or fallen articles (05) by comparing the actual alignment and actual position (03) of the articles (01) with a desired alignment and a desired position in a desired state (04) of the articles (01) to be achieved in a grouping to be formed up to that point from the articles (01) that are located on the staging surface (02); and C. if it is recognized that one or a plurality of articles (05) are in a wrong position or alignment: issuing of a disruption message; and/orinterrupting of the grouping; orautomatic removing of the disruption by modifying the position and/or the alignment of the one or more articles (05), that are in a wrong position or alignment.
