    摘要: An organic light-emitting device has a color modulation layer. The organic light-emitting device comprises a substrate having a red pixel region, a green pixel region, a blue pixel region and a white pixel region. First electrodes are positioned on the red, green, blue and white pixel regions of the substrate, respectively. A second electrode is positioned on the first electrode, wherein at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode is a transparent electrode. An organic functional layer is interposed between the first and the second electrodes, where the organic functional layer has an emission layer emitting white color light. Color modulation layers for red, green and blue colors formed by a laser-induced thermal imaging (hereinafter, referred to as LITI) method are positioned on a surfaces opposite to a surfaces adjacent to the emission layer of the transparent electrodes of the red, green and blue pixel regions, respectively. Wherein the each color modulation layer has at least one of a CF and a CCM.

    摘要: An organic electroluminescent display (OLED) device having an anode electrode covered with a solution-coated ultra-thin polymer film (reforming layer) is disclosed. In one embodiment, an OLED device includes a substrate having a first anode electrode formed thereon. The first anode electrode is covered with an ultra-thin polymer film (reforming layer). An organic emission layer is formed over an upper surface of the reforming layer, and a second cathode electrode is formed over the organic emission layer. The reforming layer is made of a material selected from a general polymer that is a soluble polymer, a heat resistant polymer, and a fluorine-based polymer having one or more functional groups. The solution coating methods which may be used to apply the reforming layer include a spin coating method, a doctor blade method, a dip coating method, a roll coating method, a spray coating method, and an ink jet method.

In another embodiment, the sign board further includes a plurality of second conductive lines, each of which connects at least two of the first conductive lines to each other. In still another embodiment, the plurality of pixel electrodes includes a plurality of first pixel electrodes electrically connected with the first conductive lines, and a plurality of second pixel electrodes that are not electrically connected with the first conductive lines.

In one embodiment, the flat panel display device includes i) a semiconductor layer including a channel region and a groove, wherein the channel region electrically connects a source electrode and a drain electrode, and the groove is configured to separate the channel region from adjacent thin film transistors and ii) a stop layer formed below at least a portion of the semiconductor layer. According to one embodiment of the invention, a semiconductor layer can be easily patterned without using a dry or wet etching technique such as photolithography.
