Abstract: A linear actuator (1) includes an electrical driving mechanism (10), a lead screw (20), an outer tube (30), a telescopic tube (40) and an arm driven mechanism (50). The arm driven mechanism (50) comprises an arm (51), a driving nut (52), a telescopic sleeve (53), a first washer (54), a nut-tube (55) and a second washer (56). The arm (51) is provided with a handle (511) and a sleeve (512), and the sleeve (512) links with the lead screw (20). An outer peripheral of the telescopic sleeve (53) provided with a plural of screws for screwing with the telescopic tube (40). The nut-tube (55) links with the driving nut (52) for moving together. When the handle (511) rotates, the linear actuator (1) can be operated.

Abstract: In an electric actuator (100), a fast releasing mechanism (30) includes a rotary base (31), a coupling ring (32), a sleeve (34), and a clutch device (36). The coupling ring (32) rotates with the rotary base (31). Locking slots (322) are disposed on the coupling ring (32). The rotary base (31) can rotate with respect to the sleeve (34). Chain slots (343) communicating with the locking slots (322) are disposed on the sleeve (34). The clutch device (36) is correspondingly sleeved around the sleeve (34). Raised ribs (361) slidably connected to the locking slots (322) and the chain slots (343) are disposed on the clutch device (36). The sleeve (34) can be selected to move together with or move separately with the rotary base (31) by means of the axial movement of the clutch device (36).

Abstract: An actuator with a position detection mechanism includes a main body, a transmission mechanism, a quick-release mechanism and a position detection mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a worm gear with protruding keys and a lead screw shaft. The quick-release mechanism is mounted onto the lead screw shaft and includes a clutch gear with key slots for disengaging or engaging with the protruding keys in order to move axially relative to the worm gear. The position detection mechanism includes a variable resistor, an actuating gear mounted on the lead screw shaft to rotate altogether therewith and a driving gear connected to the variable resistor and engaged with the actuating gear. When the worm gear disengages from the clutch gear, a particular resistor value is formed at the variable resistor; therefore, disengaged or engaged positions of the worm gear and the clutch gear can be precisely controlled.
