摘要: The invention relates to a clutch unit for a motor vehicle, comprising: a clutch, the clutch having an axially stationary, rotatable coupling element with an axially extending toothing, and an axially displaceable, rotatable mating element with an axially extending mating toothing, the mating element being displaceable into a first position and a second position; and a sensor unit, the sensor unit being disposed radially in relation to the axial extension of the toothing of the coupling element such that the sensor unit senses the toothing of the coupling element. When the mating element is in the first position and when it is in the second position, the sensor unit detects a sensor signal via which the rotational speed of the coupling element and the first position of the mating element, the second position of the mating element, or a position of the mating element between the first position and the second position can be determined. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle drive train comprising a clutch unit of this type.

摘要: A handheld power tool includes a torque coupling adjustable by the operator, as well as a gear unit for transmitting a torque generated by a drive motor to a drive shaft. The gear unit is advantageously a planetary gear unit; the torque coupling being constructed in such a manner, that in response to slippage of the torque coupling, a coupling component follows a displacement path. The handheld power tool further includes a control unit and a sensor, the sensor monitoring the coupling component for a displacement and transmitting corresponding sensor signals to the control unit. The control unit is configured to control, in particular, switch off, the drive motor as a function of the sensor signals received. It is further provided that the control unit subject the received sensor signals to a plausibility check, in order to determine if actual slippage of the torque coupling is occurring.

摘要: A temperature monitoring system and method of utilization thereof is provided that provides the freedom of direct temperature determination from a friction plate (often referred to as a disc) or clutch friction separator plate in a clutch friction pack. The temperature monitoring system includes a temperature sensor which is placed on the friction disc or friction separator plate. An induction coil is placed on the friction disc or friction separator plate which provides placement for the temperature sensor. A magnet is provided to provide a magnetic field for the induction coil in order to generate current to power the temperature sensor. An antenna may also be provided which allows the temperature electronic data to be transmitted to a remote receiver.

摘要: A drive force transmission device provided in a vehicle includes a rotating shaft, a gear chamber, a first clutch chamber, a hydraulic oil supplier, an oil reservoir, and an oil temperature sensor. The rotating shaft extends in an axial direction and is rotatable around the axial direction to transmit a drive force to left and right drive wheels of the vehicle. The gear chamber houses a gear via which the drive force is to be transmitted to the rotating shaft. The drive force transmission device has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side with respect to the gear chamber in the axial direction. The first clutch chamber is disposed on the first side and houses a clutch that is to distribute the drive force transmitted from the rotating shaft to the left or right drive wheels.
