摘要： An M-shaped antenna apparatus includes at least two M-shaped antenna elements, a grounding conductor, and a feeding portion. At least two M-shaped antenna elements includes first and second M-shaped antenna elements respectively having first and second resonance frequencies. The first M-shaped antenna element includes a first transmission conductor; a first radiation conductor connected between one end of the first transmission conductor and the grounding conductor; a second radiation conductor connected between a middle portion of the first transmission conductor and the feeding portion; and a third radiation conductor connected between the other end of the first transmission conductor and the grounding conductor. The second M-shaped antenna element includes a second transmission conductor, a fourth radiation conductor, a fifth radiation conductor, and a sixth radiation conductor in a manner similar to that of the first M-shaped antenna element.

摘要： A patch antenna apparatus with a simple structure can obtain an improved desired projection area in accordance with a projection space. The patch has a dielectric substrate with a grounding conductor on its bottom surface. On the dielectric substrate is formed at least one conductor patch having a first feeding point for producing resonance in parallel to the X-axis at a predetermined resonance frequency and a second feeding point for producing resonance in parallel to the Y-axis at the resonance frequency. A controller for a power distributing and combining circuit controls each of radio signals of the resonance frequency fed to the first and second feeding points so as to change at least one of the amplitude and phase thereof. When the radio signals of the resonance frequency are fed to the first and second feeding points, the patch antenna apparatus projects radio waves including two linear polarizations which are parallel to the X and Y axes and which cross each other to be perpendicular to each other in a projection directional pattern corresponding to the control for the radio signals by the controller of the power distributing and combining circuit.

摘要： An antenna apparatus includes a slit provided on an antenna element between first and second feed ports; and a series resonant circuit provided at a location along the slit, with a distance from an opening of the slit. When the antenna apparatus operates at a first isolation frequency identical to a resonance frequency of the series resonant circuit, the series resonant circuit is short-circuited, and only a section of the slit from its opening to the series resonant circuit resonates, thus providing isolation between the feed ports at the first isolation frequency. When the antenna apparatus operates at a second isolation frequency lower than the first isolation frequency, the series resonant circuit is open, and the entire slit resonates, thus providing isolation between the feed ports at the second isolation frequency.

摘要： An antenna element has first and second feed ports, and is simultaneously excited through the feed ports so as to simultaneously operate as first and second antenna portions respectively, associated with the feed ports. The antenna element is excited at one of a first frequency and a second frequency higher than the first frequency. An antenna apparatus is provided with: a slit that provides isolation between the feed ports; a trap circuit that allows the slit to provide isolation at the first or second frequency when the antenna element is excited at the first or second frequency; and a reactance element that shifts a frequency at which the slit provides isolation between the feed ports, to the first frequency, when the antenna element is excited at the first frequency.
