摘要: A learning device includes a learning unit configured to learn a model using learning data stored in a data storage unit; a subsampling unit configured to determine whether to use the learning data corresponding to gradient information updated by an update unit based on the model, for learning of a next model after learning of one model based on a subsampling rate; first and second buffer unit configured to buffer learning data determined to be used for and data determined not to be used for learning of the next model and gradient information corresponding to the learning data, respectively, up to a volume determined in advance. The first buffer unit and the second buffer unit are configured to write the learning data and the gradient information into the data storage unit for each predetermined block when buffering the learning data and the gradient information up to the volume.

摘要: An image processing apparatus includes an image acquiring unit that acquires an image; an information acquiring unit that acquires image information indicative of a content of the image; and a correcting unit that corrects the image based on the image information such that some of warping of the image is left. The horizontal direction component of the warping may be completely or nearly completely eliminated while a predetermined portion of a vertical direction component of the warping is left, when the image information indicates the content of the image is a person. Alternatively, there is an analyzer which generates the image information indicating that the content of the image is a erson when the analyzing determines that the image contains two or more persons.

摘要: A multibeam antenna for simultaneously receiving waves from one or more communication satellites and a broadcast satellite, which are apart in their stationary orbit positions over the equator, is disclosed. The antenna employs an offset parabolic face, used as a reflector for receiving satellite broadcast waves, a converter having a primary radiator for receiving communication satellite Waves set at the focus point of the offset parabolic face, and a converter having a primary radiator for receiving broadcast satellite waves set near the envelope of the broadcast waves reflected from the offset parabolic face. The offset parabolic face is pointed in the direction of the communication satellite such that the plane of symmetry of the offset parabolic face is coincident with a plane specified by the communication satellite, the broadcast satellite, and the receiving point of the antenna. By utilizing this arrangement, an antenna that is relatively inexpensive to manufacture and is easily installable and adjustable may be obtained.
