    摘要: In a liquid crystal display device provided with a monolithic gate driver, a panel frame area is to be reduced as compared with a conventional configuration so that the device size can be reduced. In a region on an array substrate located outside of a display region, a third metal (503) is formed as a metal film in addition to a source metal (501) and a gate metal (502). The source metal (501) forms a wiring pattern that includes source electrodes of thin film transistors disposed in a pixel circuit and a gate driver, and the gate metal (502) forms a wiring pattern that includes gate electrodes of the thin film transistors. The third metal (503) is electrically connected to at least one of the source metal (501) and the gate metal (502) through a contact.

    摘要: In a display device driven by multi-picture element driving, in order to realize narrowing of a frame, a gate driver provided in the display device includes buffers. Storage capacitor driving signals are inputted in the buffers. In at least one embodiment, once the storage capacitor driving signals are inputted, the buffers shape waveforms of the storage capacitor driving signals, and outputs the storage capacitor driving signals thus shaped to storage capacitor wires via terminals “CSVtypeA1′R” to “CSVtypeA4′R” and terminals “CSVtypeA1′L” to “CSVtypeA4′L”. The buffers supply storage capacitor driving signals reduced in waveform rounding as such, to drive a storage capacitor that is connected to the storage capacitor wires.

    摘要: A small-sized camera module in which an adhesive does not flow in side electrodes is provided. In the camera module according to the embodiment of the invention, the adhesive does not flow in concave portions thanks to a protection wall for covering top portions of the concave portions formed on a substrate. Accordingly, the side electrodes formed in the concave portions can be securely electrically connected to a contact or a drawing substrate. A lower portion of a holder can be disposed adjacent to the concave portions. Thus, the size of the substrate can be formed as small as possible, so it is possible to obtain the small-sized camera module.
