摘要: A droplet ejecting head includes a first substrate, a nozzle plate, a second substrate, an annular symmetrically channel plate and an actuator device. The nozzle plate with a nozzle is disposed on a first surface of the first substrate. The second substrate with a liquid inlet is disposed over the first substrate. The annular symmetrically channel plate with a fluid channel is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate so that a pressure chamber is formed between the second substrate and the annular symmetrically channel plate. The liquid to be ejected flows to the fluid channel from the liquid inlet and overflows to the pressure chamber from the fluid channel. The actuator device is disposed on the second substrate. The second substrate is deformed by the actuator device for changing volume of the pressure chamber, and then the liquid in the pressure chamber is ejected via the nozzle.

摘要: A residue removal device includes an object, a sink, and a conveying device. The object includes a contact surface. Residue exists on the contact surface. A solution is contained in the sink. The sink is disposed below the contact surface. The solution corresponds to the contact surface. The conveying device drives the relative motion between the object and the sink. When the residues on the contact surface are contacted by the solution and relative motion is generated between the residues of the contact surface and the solution, the residues are removed by the solution.

摘要: A nozzle plate suited for a droplet generator is provided. The nozzle plate includes a nozzle layer and at least one filler. The nozzle layer has a nozzle and at least one trench. The nozzle passes through the nozzle layer. The trenches apart from the nozzle are formed on a surface of the nozzle layer around the nozzle. The filler is filled in the trench. The wetting angle of the surface of the filler is different from the wetting angle of the surface of the nozzle layer. The nozzle plate has higher surface wear resistance and lower probability of jamming at the nozzle.

The cylinder has a first end and a second end. The linking rod passes through the interior of the cylinder. The linking rod also has a first end and a second end. The first end of the linking rod protrudes from the first end of the cylinder while the second end of the first linking rod protrudes from the second end of the cylinder. The first end of the linking rod has a threaded section with an adjusting nut screw onto the threaded section. There is a cushioning pad between the adjusting nut and the cylinder. The second end of the linking rod has a floating connector. The press head assembly and the linking rod is connected together via the floating connector.

摘要: A back-shooting inkjet print head. The inkjet print head comprises: a first substrate having a plurality of thermal resistors formed on a back surface thereof, and a plurality of orifices formed through the first substrate and respectively located proximate to the resistors; an isolation layer having a plurality of ink channels formed therein, wherein the isolation layer is arranged onto the back surface of the first substrate such that the region of each ink channel covers that of one of the resistors and one of the orifices; and a second substrate having an ink supply window, wherein the second substrate is arranged on the isolation layer covering the ink channels, such that the ink supply window, connected to the ink channels, is located at one side of the resistors while the orifices of the first substrate are located at the other side of the resistors and face the second substrate.

A collimated light beam is refracted to produce a linear scan by the rotation of the f-&thgr; lens by the rotary device. By not using a rotary polygonal mirror, the optical scanning apparatus has the advantages of better tolerance, less optical parts, easy assembly, low production cost and compact structure.
