摘要: An improved card scanner for imaging and decoding indica such as bar codes on a side surface of an inserted card. The device is electrically powered and features a double scanning method using an electronic imaging element and processor which turns off unnecessary power when not required. This is accomplished through the use of a processor and software to determine if a complete image of the bar code on the inserted card has been captured and allowing immediate removal of the card. Should the image of the bar code be incomplete, a second scan is conducted of the bar code as it is removed and a complete image formed from the two individual scans. The device can also be used to compare photographs scanned from a card with the digital photograph scanned from a two dimensional bar code and to display both photos for viewing.

摘要: In a 6F2 cell structure of a memory device and a method of fabricating the same, the plurality of active regions may have a first area at both end portions and a second area at a central portion. A portion of a bit-line contact pad may be positioned on the second area and the other portion may be positioned on a third area of the substrate that may not overlap with the plurality of active regions. The bit line may be connected with the bit-line contact pad at the third area. The cell structure may be more easily formed despite a 6F2-structured unit cell. The plurality of active regions may have an elliptical shape including major and minor axes. The plurality of active regions may be positioned in a major axis direction to thereby form an active row, and may be positioned in a minor axis direction in such a structure that a center of the plurality of active regions is shifted from that of an adjacent active region in a neighboring active row.

摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting device for preventing cross-talk phenomenon. The light emitting device includes a plurality of pixels and a scan driving circuit. The pixels are formed in cross areas of data lines and scan lines. The scan driving circuit couples at least one scan line to a first voltage source having a first voltage during a first time, couples the scan line to a second voltage source having a second voltage during a second time, and couples the scan line to a third voltage source having a third voltage during a third time. Here, the second voltage is a voltage between the first voltage and the third voltage. The light emitting device discharges the data lines to the same level as data current irrespective of precharge current, and thus cross-talk phenomenon is not occurred to the light emitting device.

摘要: The present invention relates to a safety lever system in a cab of an excavator, which is capable of preventing an unintended descending of a control box without the operation of the safety lever, and promoting a safer tilting of the control box through a limit means that controls the power application/short-circuit. According to the present invention, if the operator tilts the control box to get in or get out of the cab, the safety lever system shunts (i.e., short-circuit) the power of the control lever or the control box. Therefore, the possibility of malfunction of the excavator due to the miss-operation of the operator is very slim, and the control box cannot be returned to its original position unless the operator operates the safety lever again. This structural improvement of the safety lever eliminates a possibility of the malfunction of the excavator due to the operator's mistake, and markedly increases the reliability of the excavator.

摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting device for reducing consumption of an electric power in screen protecting mode. The light emitting device includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of pixels, a controller, a data driving circuit and a scan driving circuit. The data lines are disposed in a first direction. The scan lines are disposed in a second direction different from the first direction. The pixels are formed by the data lines and the scan lines. The controller transmits a plurality of first display data. The data driving circuit provides data current corresponding to the first display data transmitted from the controller to the data lines. The scan driving circuit drives the scan lines by a unit of two or more lines under control of the controller when the first display data are repeatedly transmitted to the data driving circuit.

摘要: A method and apparatus for arbitrating control signals to bridge an SPI-3 interface recommended by the optical internetworking forum (OIF), between devices in an identical layer using the SPI-3 interface are provided. According to the method and apparatus, a bridging apparatus which performs the role of a link layer device between devices in a physical layer using the SPI-3 interface, and the role of a physical layer device between devices in a link layer devices, is disposed so that control signals do not collide with each other when the SPI-3 interface is directly connected between devices in the identical layer. By doing so, data transmission and reception through exchange of control signals between even devices in the same layer is enabled without modification of the conventional devices.
