    Abstract: A data transmission method includes generating a physical layer data frame, where the physical layer data frame includes data on which probability non-uniform modulation is performed and indication information, where the indication information indicates demodulation parameters for performing probability non-uniform demodulation on the data, where the demodulation parameters include a modulation scheme for probability non-uniform modulation, a modulation order for probability non-uniform modulation, and at least one of a probability of each constellation symbol on which probability non-uniform modulation is performed, or a mapping relationship between each constellation symbol on which probability non-uniform modulation is performed and a bit stream, sending the physical layer data frame to a receive end, receiving the physical layer data frame, determining the demodulation parameters based on the indication information, and performing probability non-uniform demodulation on the data based on the demodulation parameters.

    Abstract: This application discloses a graphics processing method and related apparatus, and a device. The method includes: obtaining a first drawing instruction that is initiated by an application program and that corresponds to a first graphics API; calling a first graphics API in a first graphics library according to the first drawing instruction to execute the first drawing instruction, and sending a first processing notification to the application program; generating calling information of the first graphics API; and sending the calling information of the first graphics API to the client. According to the foregoing solutions, the server unidirectionally transmits calling information of a graphics API to the client, so that a requirement for a network latency can be reduced, and proper running of the application program on the server can be ensured in a disconnected network, thereby improving user experience.

    Abstract: A terminal device comprising a transceiver, a memory, and a processor is provided. The terminal device may send in a network, an IMS registration request to a network device in the network, and may start an IMS timer corresponding to the network. If the terminal device does not receive a registration accept message from the network device when the IMS timer expires, the terminal device deactivates the network. The network may be one of a first network and a second network, the network device may be one of a first network device and a second network device, and each of the first network and the second network corresponds to an IMS timer with a different duration. In this way, different waiting durations may be provided for IMS registration processes in different networks, to improve user communication experience.

    Abstract: This application provides a session establishment method, a terminal, and a communication system. A first terminal sends, to a second terminal, a session request message used to request to establish a session; and the second terminal sends a session response message to the first terminal based on the session request message, and start a second timer. The first terminal starts a first timer after receiving the session response message. When the first terminal completes resource reservation for the session before duration recorded by the first timer reaches preset first duration, the first terminal sends a resource reservation completion acknowledgment message to the second terminal. The second terminal sends a ringing message to the first terminal if the second terminal completes resource reservation for the session before duration recorded by the second timer reaches preset second duration. The second duration is longer than the first duration.

    Abstract: A polar encoding and decoding method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining K to-be-encoded bits; selecting K sequence numbers from a first sequence, where the to-be-encoded bits are placed on polar channels corresponding to the K sequence numbers; and performing polar code encoding on the K to-be-encoded bits to obtain encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polar channels, and the first sequence is one or a subsequence of a related sequence. This technical solution is applicable to a short message communication system of a BeiDou satellite. The method can effectively improve performance of the communication system and reduce complexity.
