    摘要: An anti-skid apparatus for installation in a vehicle braking system between a master cylinder and a wheel brake cylinder. The anti-skid apparatus includes a hydraulic power pressure source connected to a fluid reservoir of the master cylinder to produce a hydraulic power pressure higher than a braking pressure applied to the wheel brake cylinder from the master cylinder, a regulator valve connected to the pressure source to control the power pressure in dependence upon a hydraulic pressure created in the master cylinder in braking operation, a first switchover valve disposed within a braking circuit connecting the master cylinder to the wheel brake cylinder and being arranged to be intermittently activated when a road wheel tends to be locked, the first switchover valve being connected to the reservoir to connect the wheel brake cylinder to the reservoir in its activated condition, a second switchover valve disposed within the braking circuit between the master cylinder and the first switchover valve and being arranged to be activated when the road wheel tends to be locked, a second switchover valve being connected to the regulator valve to interrupt the flow of pressurized fluid from the master cylinder and permit the flow of pressurized fluid from the regulator valve to the wheel brake cylinder through the first switchover valve.

    摘要: An output power controller in a system having two or more secondary batteries connected in parallel. A battery ECU transfers all the stored electric charge from one secondary battery to another secondary battery when battery temperature and state of charge (SOC) are so low that an output power requirement cannot be satisfied. The SOC of the secondary battery increases by the transfer of the stored electric charge and output power sufficient for the output power requirement can be obtained. Further, the secondary batteries are heated by thermal energy generated by the transfer of the stored electric charge.

The gear box 14 comprises a casing 40; a carrier 52; a plurality of planet pins 54 supported to the carrier 52; self-aligning roller bearings 56 held on the planet pins 54, respectively; the planet gears 58 supported to the planet pins 54 via the self-aligning roller bearing 56, respectively; and a ring gear 60 and a sun gear 62 meshed with the planet gears 58. The planet gears 58 are fixed to the outer race 56B of the self-aligning bearing 56 with an interference fit, respectively, so that each end surface of the outer race 56B of the self-aligning bearing 56 is positioned inner side to an end surface of each planet gears 58.

    摘要: A hydraulic braking system for a vehicle having a wheel includes a wheel brake cylinder operatively connected to the wheel for applying braking force to the wheel, and a master cylinder for generating hydraulic pressure in response to depression of a brake pedal and for supplying the hydraulic pressure to the wheel brake cylinder. The master cylinder is connected to the wheel brake cylinder via a first conduit. The wheel brake cylinder is connected to a reservoir for storing brake fluid via a second conduit. A normally closed solenoid valve is disposed in the second conduit. A hydraulic pressure pump is disposed in the first conduit and includes an inlet connected to the master cylinder and an outlet connected to the wheel brake cylinder. A third conduit connects the second conduit at a point between the normally closed solenoid valve and the reservoir to the first conduit at a point between the inlet of the hydraulic pressure pump and the master cylinder.

    摘要: A closed magnetic circuit is formed in a rotary drum by first and second yokes of a soft magnetic material and a permanent magnet. In addition, a drive coil is provided in a gap provided between the first and second yokes so as to cross a magnetic flux running in the closed magnetic circuit. The first yoke is supported by a parallel leaf spring so as to be movable along the axis of the rotary drum. An electromagnetic force is applied to the first yoke in the direction of the axis of the rotary drum by applying a control current to the drive coil. The first yoke can be shifted in this manner to a position where the electromagnetic force balances the reaction force of the parallel leaf spring. In this manner, the closed magnetic circuit generates a sufficient drive force and eliminate a leak magnetic flux that affects a head or a transformer. Moreover, the movable portion is light-weighted, and the following frequency of a dynamic tracking operation is improved, compared to a case where all the closed circuit section is disposed with a movable portion of the parallel leaf spring.
