    摘要: A timing reproduction device includes a timing error detector for detecting an error in timing of a signal transferred between a transmission side and a reception side on the basis of a received signal and for generating a timing error signal. An integrator integrates the timing error signal to thereby hold data necessary to maintain a timing synchronization. A sensing unit senses abrupt timing change in the received signal. A timing synchronizing unit executes a timing synchronizing operation for maintaining the timing synchronization by referring the data held in the integrator. A cutoff unit executes a cutoff operation which prevents the timing error signal from being applied to the integrator on the basis of the abrupt timing change sensed by the sensing unit.

    摘要: In a speaker verification system, a detecting part detects a speech section of an input speech signal by using a time-series acoustic parameters thereof. A segmentation part calculates individuality information for segmentation by using the time-series acoustic parameters within the speech section, and segments the input speech section into a plurality of blocks based on the individuality information. A feature extracting part extracts features of an unknown speaker for every segmented block by using the time-series acoustic parameters. A distance calculating part calculates a distance between the features of the speaker extracted by the feature extracting part and reference features stored in a memory. A decision part makes a decision as to whether or not the unknown speaker is a real speaker by comparing the calculated distance with a predetermined threshold value. Segmentation is made by calculating a primary moment of the spectrum, over a block, and finding successive values which satisfy a predetermined criterion.

    摘要: The invention is related to a system and a method to determine whether a target equipment deviates from a normal state. If it is determined that the target equipment to be diagnosed deviates from the normal state, the degree of deviation of each parameter from the normal state as the reference is calculated as an abnormal contribution ratio. A failure cause is estimated from a similarity ratio between the calculated abnormal contribution ratio and the abnormal contribution ratio of each of the failure causes collected in the past and including failure phenomena and failure parts.

    摘要: A detent escapement for a timepiece includes an escape wheel, a balance having an unlocking jewel, and a blade. A rotation reference line is formed by a straight line passing through a rotation center of the blade in a state where the balance is at an oscillation center. In order to balance (1) a sum total of the effects on rotational movement of the balance caused by “impulse before dead point” and by “resistance after dead point”, which together comprise the total effect causing the timepiece to advance, and (2) a sum total of the effects on rotational movement of the balance caused by “resistance before dead point” and by “impact after dead point”, which together comprise the total effect causing the timepiece to slow, the unlocking jewel is aligned with the rotation reference line and positioned at a position facing towards a direction farthest from the escape wheel.

    摘要: The method forms a liquid-repellent film on a surface of a nozzle plate having nozzle apertures through which droplets of liquid are ejected. The method includes: a termination process step of carrying out a hydrogen termination process or a halogen termination process on a surface of a nozzle plate, at least a portion of the surface of the nozzle plate being made of a material containing silicon; and a liquid-repellent film formation step of forming a liquid-repellent film on the surface of the nozzle plate after the termination process step by bringing a liquid-repellent film raw material into contact with the surface of the nozzle plate while applying energy to the surface. Each molecule constituting the liquid-repellent film raw material has an unsaturated carbon bond at an end and has a liquid-repellent functional group. The liquid-repellent film is bonded to the surface of the nozzle plate through silicon-carbon bonds.

    摘要: Conditional base maintenance has been gaining widespread acceptance, with numerous sensors attached to equipment for constant monitoring of its operational state, the resulting sensor data being compared with those about the equipment in the normal state for a diagnosis to determine whether the equipment is currently operating normally, the result of the diagnosis being used to conduct maintenance. Conditional base maintenance can rapidly detect aging deterioration of the equipment, so that abnormal sates that were not detected before in time base maintenance can now be detected. However, although conventional diagnosis technology can distinguish between the normal state and anomaly, it has been difficult with such technology to identify causes including abnormal phenomena and parts. If it is determined that the target equipment to be diagnosed deviates from the normal state, the degree of deviation of each parameter from the normal state as the reference is calculated as an abnormal contribution ratio. A failure cause is estimated from a similarity ratio between the calculated abnormal contribution ratio and the abnormal contribution ratio of each of the failure causes collected in the past and including failure phenomena and failure parts.
