摘要： A vibration controller includes an input signal generator for generating input signals based on cyclically pulsating signals emitted from a vibration generating source, an actuating waveform detector for detecting actuating waveforms of an electromagnetic actuator of active vibration insulators, a waveform analyzer for determining higher harmonic component datum information by carrying out a waveform analysis, a higher harmonic component signal generator for generating higher harmonic component signals of the actuating waveforms based on the higher harmonic component datum information, a higher harmonic component signal remover for removing the higher harmonic component signals from the input signals and outputting the resulting processed input signals, and an actuator for receiving the processed input signals, generating output signals based on the processed input signals and actuating the electromagnetic actuator in accordance with the output signals. Thus, it is possible to inhibit the vibration generating source from vibrating effectively and less expensively.

摘要： A damper main body of a dynamic damper comprises a long flat mounting plate portion, a rod-like central supporting metal member which is erected vertically in the center of a top face of the mounting plate portion, constituting a supporting member together with the mounting plate portion, cylindrical rubber bushings placed on the central supporting metal member in succession from its bottom side, a coil member, a magnet portion, a yoke and a cylindrical case mounted over the yoke. Grommets, which are cylindrical supporting portions made of rubber elastic bodies, are inserted into mounting holes in side plate portions of the mounting plate portion. The damper main body is fixed on a mating plate member through the compressed grommets such that it is floated over the mating plate member.

摘要： When a fuel reforming system for a fuel cell comprising an autothermal reformer 1 wherein a partial oxidation reaction and steam reforming reaction proceeds simultaneously, is stopped, firstly, a supply valve 6 is closed to stop supply of fuel and water for steam reforming, and a supply valve 7 is closed after a predetermined time has elapsed to stop supply of air. In this way, the partial oxidation reaction which is an exothermic reaction is continued temporarily and the catalyst layer temperature of the reformer 1 is raised, so the catalyst layer temperature can be maintained high until the system restarts, and the time required for restarting the system can be shortened.

摘要： Disclosed is a pneumatically operated fluid-filled active vibration-damping device including: a primary fluid chamber partially defined by an elastic body and filled with a non-compressible fluid; a movable member being elastically displaceable and partially defining the primary fluid chamber its one side; a working air chamber disposed on the other side of the movable member; and an air reservoir directly extending from the working air chamber and fluid-tightly closed at its protruding end portion. A fluid pressure variation in the primary fluid chamber is induced by an elastic deformation of the elastic body while being actively controlled by transmitting an air pressure variation applied to the working air chamber from an external area to the primary fluid chamber via the movable member. A vibration-damping apparatus using the vibration-damping device is also disclosed.

摘要： The color determination circuit 308 detects hue of the color image information, and the controller 205 decides a color component to be separated (separation color) in accordance with the detected hue. Output color by the printer 204 is set in correspondence with the separation color. The two-color-separating circuit 303 separates the color image information into image information on at least two color components in accordance with the decided separation colors. The separated image information on the each color is transmitted to the printer 204 via printer density correction circuits 304 and 305, and a buffer 306. Thereby it is possible to provide an image processing apparatus capable of setting and changing the separation color and the output color by automatic operation or by simple manual operation, thus the expression of the image forming can be improved.

摘要： A wheel support device which is easy to assemble and compact in size. A pair of tapered roller bearings are mounted on the outer periphery of an axle. The pair of tapered roller bearings rotatably support an axle hub that rotates together with a wheel. A seal assembly is mounted between the outer and inner rings of one of the tapered roller bearings. The seal assembly prevents leakage of grease sealed in the axle hub and entry of muddy water from outside, and makes it unnecessary to provide a separate seal member, thus making it possible to assemble the wheel support device easily and to reduce its size.

摘要： An image processing apparatus reads color images, identifies the colors of an read color image, converts the color image into a monochrome image, synthesizes color recognition information on the monochrome image, and prints the resulting synthesized image as a monochrome image. As a result, even if a low-priced printer is employed, it is possible to provide a monochrome image permitting recognition of the colors of the color original, or quick identification of differences among the colors thereof. Moreover, this allows a user to specify a desired graphic pattern to be associated with a given color, and to obtain collation tables independently of the monochrome image, or to print the specified graphic pattern with any variable magnification power.
