摘要: A method of determining coordinates of contact through-holes (CTs) in a memory device includes: obtaining a bright voltage contrast (BVC) image including a plurality of CTs in the memory device; converting color components in the BVC image into grayscale values to obtain a grayscale BVC image; performing a dilation process on the grayscale BVC image to obtain a dilated grayscale BVC image; calculating a first threshold for the dilated grayscale BVC image and determining whether the first threshold is greater than or equal to a pre-determined value; in response to the first threshold being greater than or equal to the pre-determined value, performing a first image process on the dilated grayscale BVC image to obtain coordinates of each CT; and in response to the first threshold being smaller than the pre-determined value, performing a second image process on the dilated grayscale BVC image to obtain the coordinates of each CT.

摘要: An auto-rotation module having a single-layer neural network on a user device can convert a document image to a monochrome image having black and white pixels and segment the monochrome image into bounding boxes, each bounding box defining a connected segment of black pixels in the monochrome image. The auto-rotation module can determine textual snippets from the bounding boxes and prepare them into input images for the single-layer neural network. The single-layer neural network is trained to process each input image, recognize a correct orientation, and output a set of results for each input image. Each result indicates a probability associated with a particular orientation. The auto-rotation module can examine the results, determine what degree of rotation is needed to achieve a correct orientation of the document image, and automatically rotate the document image by the degree of rotation needed to achieve the correct orientation of the document image.

摘要: The technique of the present disclosure can achieve processing efficiency and prevention of improper drawing in printing a monochrome representation of color data. In performing discriminability reproducing color conversion processing, a PDL analysis unit determines whether processing involving color change that changes the original color is specified in operator information on a target object for the discriminability reproducing color conversion processing. In a case where processing that changes the original color, such as ROP or α-blending, is specified for the target object, the discriminability reproducing color conversion processing for the page is canceled and switched to all-color uniform color conversion processing. This enables both of efficient discriminability reproducing color conversion and prevention of improper drawing.

摘要: A visible light sensor may be configured to sense environmental characteristics of a space using an image of the space. The visible light sensor may be controlled in one or more modes, including a daylight glare sensor mode, a daylighting sensor mode, a color sensor mode, and/or an occupancy/vacancy sensor mode. In the daylight glare sensor mode, the visible light sensor may be configured to decrease or eliminate glare within a space. In the daylighting sensor mode and the color sensor mode, the visible light sensor may be configured to provide a preferred amount of light and color temperature, respectively, within the space. In the occupancy/vacancy sensor mode, the visible light sensor may be configured to detect an occupancy/vacancy condition within the space and adjust one or more control devices according to the occupation or vacancy of the space. The visible light sensor may be configured to protect the privacy of users within the space via software, a removable module, and/or a special sensor.

摘要: In a case where values received indicate a first color scale representing first number of colors and indicate the specific image process, a processor of an information processing apparatus receives first scan data in the first color scale from the scanner, and performs a specific image process on the first scan data. In a case where the values indicate a second color scale representing second number of colors and does not indicate the specific image process, the processor receives and outputs the second scan data. In a case where the values indicate the second color scale and the specific image process, the processor receives third scan data in the third color scale representing third number of colors larger than the second number. The processor performs the specific image process on the third scan data, and converts the processed third scan data to forth scan data in the second color scale.
