    摘要: An assembling infrared touch control module includes four L-shaped first frame members and a plurality of straight second frame members matched in pairs. Each first and second frame member has a space therein and two openings at two ends thereof, respectively, in communication with the space. Each space has a circuit board therein. Each circuit board has a plurality of infrared transmitter/receiver components thereon and two connectors thereon at the two openings, respectively. The four first frame members and the second frame members, whose number may be increased or decreased by demand, are assembled together to form a frame by the connectors, so that an active touch area of the frame may be resized by demand to be adapted to a display device of any size, and an additional touch control function adapted to an extended area for the display device may be set.

    摘要: To improve the scheduling and tasking of resources, the present disclosure describes an improved planning system and method for the allocation and management of resources. The planning system uses a branch and bound approach of tasking resources using a heuristic to expedite arrival at a deterministic solution. For each possible functional mode of the resources, an upper bound is determined. The upper bounds are employed in an objective function for the branch and bound process to determine the functional mode in which to place the resources and to determine movement paths for the resources, all in an environment where a hostile force may attempt to destroy the resources.

The arbitrator contains at least two packet type detectors and a packet type decider. The packet type detector is installed with a false alarm checking module and a timer according to the strength of the packet for delaying the decision from the packet type decider. Through the checking mechanism of the false alarm checking module and the timer, erroneous decision can be avoided when determining the packet type.
