摘要： A battery system improving operation reliability of a swelling current interrupt device (CID) is provided. The battery system includes a cooling plate that forms an appearance of a battery in which the swelling CID interrupting a current flow is mounted and includes a swelling aperture formed therein. The swelling aperture induces an expansion of a pouch in which the swelling CID is embedded. Therefore, since the swelling aperture is formed in the cooling plate, improved operation reliability of the swelling CID than a battery system according to related art in which operation reliability was varied based on a thickness of a pouch cell is obtained.

摘要： A high voltage battery for vehicles includes an electrode tab that is divided into a first part placed near a battery cell, and a second part placed near a terminal. A first part extension extends from the first part and is fixed to a lower pouch. A second part extension extends from the second part, comes into contact with the first part extension, has elasticity, and is fixed at an upper end thereof to an upper pouch. A hook part extends from the first part extension and holds the second part extension by grasping an edge of the second part extension.

摘要： A battery module is provided, including: a plurality of battery packs teach being provided with an anode terminal and a cathode terminal; a plurality of coupling units each having ends coupled to the anode terminal and the cathode terminal of an adjacent battery pack, respectively, to couple the plurality of battery packs in series; an operation unit that is provided on one end of the coupling unit and ascends in accordance with an increasing internal pressure of the battery pack to open a coupling between the one end of the coupling unit and the terminals of the battery pack by raising the one end of the coupling unit; and a bypass unit having one end disposed over the one end of the coupling unit and the other end coupled to the other end of an adjacent coupling unit to maintain the other battery packs coupled in series, except for the battery packs the internal pressures of which have increased, when the one end of the coupling unit ascends by the operation unit.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an all-solid-state battery electrode, an all-solid-state battery electrode manufactured by the method, and an all-solid-state battery including the electrode are disclosed. In the method, a specific type of binder included in the electrode is prepared in a fiber form by applying pressure to the binder under specific conditions, so that the fiber-form binder thus prepared has an average fineness that satisfies a specific range. Therefore, the all-solid-state battery including the electrode has an advantage of having high capacity even in the case of electrode thickening for high loading.
