摘要: A battery pack includes a pack case; and two cell module assemblies. Each of the two cell module assemblies having cylindrical battery cells and a cell frame accommodating the respective cylindrical battery cells, and being integrally accommodated in the pack case. The two cell module assemblies are configured such that the top caps of the cylindrical battery cells face each other with at least a predetermined minimum safety distance therebetween.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mesh cooling structure, methods and battery cooling systems for cooling a battery cell, such as used in computer systems. The disclosed mesh cooling structure, method and battery cooling system provide effective battery cell cooling with the cooling mesh structure installed with a given battery cell to improve capacity and performance of the battery cell. The disclosed cooling mesh structure can be provided with selected battery cells in a battery pack to provide optimal battery capacity for the battery pack.

摘要: This application relates to a heating assembly, a battery, and an electrical device. A heating sheet is affixed to a surface of a battery cell to heat the battery cell. When the battery cell thermally expands, cracks can break under an expansion force of the battery cell, so that the heating sheet deforms synchronously with the battery cell to prevent the heating sheet from being detached from the battery cell, thereby improving the efficiency of the heating sheet in heating the battery cell.

摘要: Provided is a battery module including a multilayered firewall capable of controlling a heat transfer phenomenon due to a battery fire. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary battery cells accommodated in a housing member, wherein a secondary battery cell among the plurality of battery cells includes an electrode assembly in which a plurality of negative electrodes and positive electrodes are alternately stacked with a separator interposed therebetween and a pouch case encasing the electrode assembly, wherein a multilayered firewall is interposed between the plurality of secondary battery cells, and the multilayered firewall includes a heat absorption layer and fireproof layers stacked on opposing surfaces of the heat absorption layer.

摘要: A traction battery including a battery shell and a plurality of battery modules arranged in the battery shell. Each battery module has a safety valve. The traction battery also includes a battery cover and a ventilation element for aerating and/or venting the traction battery. The traction battery has a guide means, which is regularly permeable, at least in part, to a designated fluid volume flow, for deflecting a designated fluid volume flow emerging in a designated manner from a safety valve in the direction of the ventilation element. The traction battery has a venting channel which extends from the guide means to the ventilation element.

摘要: A secondary battery charging and discharging system includes a tray configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells, an insulation pad disposed in the tray, the insulation pad being disposable between the tray and an outermost battery cell among the plurality of battery cells so as to be contactable with one surface of the outermost battery cell, a charging and discharging part configured to be electrically connected to first and second electrode leads of the plurality of battery cells accommodated in the tray, and a cooler configured to cool the plurality of battery cells accommodated in the tray. A method of controlling an inner temperatures of a secondary battery charging and discharging system is also provided.

摘要: Provided is: a thermally conductive silicone gel composition which has a high thermal conductivity, and has excellent gap-filling ability and repairability; a thermally conductive member comprising the thermally conductive silicone gel composition; and a heat dissipation structure using the same. The thermally conductive silicone gel composition comprises: (A) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane; (B) a straight-chain organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing an average of 2 to 4 silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, at least two of the hydrogen atoms are being located on a side chain of the molecular chain, wherein the amount of silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in component (B) is 0.2 to 5 mol with respected to 1 mol of an alkenyl group contained in component (A); (C) a catalyst for hydrosilylation reaction; (D) a thermally conductive filler; and (E) an alkoxysilane having an alkyl group with 6 or more carbon atoms per molecule.

The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells, each having electrode terminals respectively provided at an upper portion and a lower portion thereof; a connection plate for the plurality of battery cells, the connection plate including a connection portion extending from a body portion to contact the electrode terminal; and a module case configured such that the connection plate is mounted to an outer side thereof, the module case being configured to accommodate the plurality of battery cells therein, the module case including a plurality of exposure holes configured to expose the electrode terminals of each of the plurality of battery cells to the outside and a cover portion configured to protrude toward the connection plate from an outer circumference of the exposure hole.
