A host device includes an access mode setting unit which sets an access mode for security data that is stored in a secure multimedia card, a transmitting and receiving unit which transmits an access request message that includes the set access mode, and an access information managing unit which receives, if connection between the host device and the secure multimedia card is separated, access information stored in the secure multimedia card, and compares the access information.

The system including a server for preparing a command message for a relevant mobile terminal according to mobile terminal status information set by a user, adding a digital signature to the prepared command message, and transmitting the resultant message. The system further includes a mobile terminal for authenticating the command message transmitted from the server and performing operations of power-off, log-on and log-off of the mobile terminal according to the authenticated command message. The server prepares a command message according to mobile terminal status information set by a user and transmits the prepared command message to a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal authenticates the transmitted command message. The mobile terminal can be controlled only through the authenticated message.

The host device includes a plurality of DRM systems and a DRM system-shared interface module. The DRM systems provide pieces of DRM-related data and data identifiers (IDs) which identify the pieces of data. The DRM system-shared interface module adds DRM system IDs, which are used to identify the DRM systems, to the pieces of data and the data IDs, and provides results, which are obtained by adding the DRM system IDs, to a low-efficiency storage device.

摘要： A method and apparatus for implementing a secure clock having no internal power source are disclosed. The apparatus accesses a host device having an internal power source and transmits and receives data. The apparatus includes a clock control unit, a counter, and a time information unit. The clock control unit performs control such that the time information of the host device is acquired and a counter value corresponding to the acquired time information is set, when the clock control unit is connected to the host device and is supplied with power from the host device. The counter changes the set counter value in steps of a predetermined value at regular time intervals while the power is supplied. The time information unit updates current time information to correspond to the changed counter value while the power is supplied.

The moving method includes performing authentication between two devices; securing a connection between the devices; and communicating the rights object between the two devices. The using method includes two devices communicating with each other, the first device having use permission of content objects and the second device including the content objects and corresponding rights objects; the first device searching for the content objects; and the first device using the content object that was found. The device includes an authentication module to authenticate another device; a security formation module to secure a connection for the other device; and a transceiving module which communicates a rights object for which the connection has been secured.

The device includes a transceiver module receiving a RO from a rights issuer, an RO converter module converting the RO received by the transceiver module into a format for communication with a portable storage, an interface module for connection with the portable storage, a public-key encryption module authenticating with the portable storage connected through the interface module, a session key generation module generating a session key shared with the authenticated portable storage, and a digital rights management (DRM) agent providing the RO in the format converted by the RO converter module to the portable storage and receiving a RO in the converted format from the portable storage. The device converts the format of the RO to communicate with the portable storage.
