摘要： Single-crystal silicon carbide nanowires and a method for producing the nanowires are provided. The single-crystal silicon carbide nanowires have a very high aspect ratio and can be used for the fabrication of nanoelectronic devices, including electron gun emitters and MEMS probe tips, for use in a variety of displays and analyzers. Further provided is a filter comprising the nanowires. The filter is applied to systems for filtering vehicle engine exhaust gases to achieve improved filtering performance and increased lifetime.

摘要： An apparatus for sensing a leakage current of a battery comprises a floating capacitor charged with a voltage detected from a cathode or anode terminal of a battery; a terminal selection switching unit for selecting a voltage detection path for the cathode or anode terminal; a charge switching unit for charging the floating capacitor with a detection voltage of the cathode or anode terminal, detected through the selected voltage detection path; a polarity reverse switching unit for reversing a polarity of the detection voltage of the anode terminal charged to the floating capacitor; and a leakage current determining unit for sensing the detection voltage of the cathode terminal charged to the floating capacitor and the polarity-reversed detection voltage of the anode terminal charged to the floating capacitor to calculate a leakage resistance, and comparing the calculated leakage resistance with a criterion insulation resistance to determine whether a leakage current occurs.

摘要： A light guide plate for a surface light source device is provided, which includes an incident surface configured to have light from lamps disposed along a predetermined axis, be incident thereon, an emitting surface configured to have the incident light emitted therefrom, a back surface configured to face the emitting surface, and a plurality of unit cells configured to have microprism patterns engraved thereon and distributed and arranged on the back surface. A crossing angle of a microprism arrangement axis, formed by a ridge direction of the microprism patterns, and of an arrangement axis of the lamps is disposed in an alternate angle. The light guide plate has a high front brightness and an excellent uniformity in brightness and does not have a moire phenomenon. In a backlight unit, the use of optical sheets stacked on the light guide plate can be reduced.

The battery cell voltage measuring apparatus comprises a plurality of floating capacitors provided corresponding to a plurality of cells contained in a battery pack; a plurality of switching units provided corresponding to each cell of the battery pack and switchable into a charge mode or a measurement mode; and a cell voltage detector for measuring the voltage of each cell by switching each switching unit into a charge mode to charge the voltage of each cell on each corresponding floating capacitor and time-differentially switching each switching unit into a measurement mode to apply the cell voltage charged on the floating capacitor between a reference potential and a common cell voltage measuring line.

摘要： A video decoder organizes and stores pixel lines of a reference picture into first and second memory devices. The video decoder then reads portions of a pixel block from the first and second memory devices and processes such a pixel block for generating a subsequent picture. By reading from the first and second memory device with time overlap, latency is minimized for faster video decoding.

摘要： There are provided a TFT, a TFT substrate using the TFT, a method of fabricating the TFT substrate, and an LCD. The TFT includes a source region, a drain region, and a gate electrode having an opening. The opening of the gate electrode is to enhance the light sensing ability of the TFT when it is used as a light sensor, since light is incident into a region where the opening is formed. The TFT including the gate having the opening can be used in a substrate of a flat display or an LCD using such a substrate. The above TFT can sense light incident from outside the display to adjust the brightness of the screen according to the external illumination.
